No one answers the phone at this location. The times for the holidays was not adjusted on google so I kept calling to know what time they close by it being Christmas Eve and no one answered the phone. I arrived and they had closed 20 minutes prior to me getting there at 5 PM so I wasted time and gas. I called at least four times throughout the day. No one answered poor customer. service at its finest. If yall arent going to answer the phone create a voicemail of update the store hours on google. This is commom courtesy.

Pink dimples Forever

Just wasn’t pleasant from the food to the staff services. Employees wasn’t keeping the hot food on the line consistently and having to constantly ask for the same items from the back. No one put in effort today food was cold. The workers on the line was passing food under the dirty glass. This location is dirty and unprofessional. I will say that the sever we had was nice.

Used to be fresh food. Not so fresh any more, especially green beans. Seems to mixed with old green beans from day before. Broccoli rice casserole is too soupy now. Broccoli salad is old from day before, rubbery Broccoli. Yeast rolls half cooked or overcooked.
Way understaffed and the staff that's there is hiding from work. Always just one person on the line to serve customers from salad, to meats to veggies and bread. What's going on????

I ordered my order through UBER Eats which I typically do at least once a week. Today I ordered TWO orders of Liver AND Onions, Rice and Gravy and Greens. When UBER Eats brought my delivery it only had ONE order. Both me and the UBER EATS delivery lady had TWO orders. So while she was calling UbER EATS about the mess up I went inside to at least give my mom her order. To my surprise when I opened up the order it was an EMBARRASSMENT and an INSULT to me of my money being spent. The Liver had NO Onions nor Gravy. The rice was a portion and not with the Liver. This is ridiculous. They wouldn’t serve my order like this if I was in person. Extremely not happy with this lack of service thereof and I’ll never order from this store EVER again.

This was my first time at this location and the chicken was cold and had a lot of fat ,the macaroni was cold and not good ,the turnips were good, my roll was cold hard and over cooked. The cashier/waitress Samantha knew that I was not happy instead she keeps walking. I waisted $17. I will have to go somewhere else and get me something to eat

The food was decent. It wasn't bad for the price but it could have been better.

The main thing that l didn't like was the poor customer service. The waitresses were lazy and didn't want to check on any customers. They all had bad attitudes including mgmt.
