My date and I was at the bowling alley thi past Tuesday. It was a nightmare! We paid for 2 hours which was about 60 dollars including one pair of shoes. We constantly had to go to the counter to fix the pins. Sometimes we got no pins, sometimes we got 7 pins it was terrible! We saw other bowlers with the same issues. We will not be returning.

Figured since I used to be the General Manager of Pin strikes I would give it a go and come here for my Grandsons birthday,he wanted to bowl. My mistake. This place is not worth the money you spend here. The owners want revenue but won't fix anything, our lan took at least 30 seconds at best to reset after each bowler and broke down twice. They have at least 4 games down and one crane game empty. I ordered 4 pizzas at or before 3:00 pm and the lane got their pizza before mine at 4:00. With Bob yelling about revenue, he should put some money into the location instead of letting go to hell and just want the profits

My son 9 yr old had his sports banquet here and I was shocked at some of the music videos they were playing. Many of the music videos featured explicit content for adults and not kids. I get this is also a place for adults HOWEVER because it doubles as a place for kids some responsible decisions have to be made to protect our kids from being exposed to explicit and sexual content. Either just play the song itself without the music video, or keep music PG until like 8 pm.

Great spot for bowling and food. Had a great time at the Celebrity Bowling Tournament held at this location. I'm not sure how it is when it's no a special guest only but, overall nice place.
Don’t get me started on the 2.5 hr wait, lanes were open a few empty. But from what I learned on before they can’t keep all lanes functional…Was in bar area and told to go to the line to order drinks…okay went to line for LITERALLY 40 minutes with only 4 people ahead of me. Waited in line saw other people asked to get them drinks. The absolute slowest person was left to make drinks on a Saturday night. The absolute worst customer service here by far. Great way to waste a Saturday night…How is this place so highly rated.
