When I called and spoke with Ronald he proceeded to tell me they cancelled my order and my phone number was invalid all so they don’t have to do any work. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THEY ARE LAZY. I placed a mobile order for delivery tonight . Online tracker said delivered but I never received anything! I called and was told sense it was delivered it was out of there hands that I would need to speak to someone else did they put in a request or remake my order and deliver it again . Never received that one either . I have ordered from this location many of times and never had an issue.

I placed an online order for a “hotbox” with Italian Sausage & extra cheese” The employee told me there was only 2 personal pans pizzas in the back, 1 with pepperoni & 1 with bacon. They went to the back & ADDED Italian sausage to the pizza that had BACON on it & tried to give it to me!!!! All I asked for was my MONEY BACK if you CANNOT give me what I ORDERED!!!!! My order was suppose to be ready at 7:30p… I had to wait 45+ minutes for the GM to the store & give my $8.01 BACK! I patronize this location on a regular … This is my LAST TIME! Then the employee LIED & said it was NO BACON ON THE PIZZA.. She said that’s what the Italian sausage looks like… I guess now they make it crumbled up… The place is SAD

Came to this location at 9pm for a takeout and waited 8 to mins until someone finally came to the front. All the employees were sitting in the back office. I called out to them no one replied, even called the store while standing in the lobby no one from the back moved. Then finally one of the employees with earbuds came from out of the freezer and went to the back and got someone to finally take my order, then when she got to the front, she didn’t even apologize. Her question was “how long was I standing out there”? This is bad for business, unprofessional and unacceptable. This was my first time at this location and will probably be my last
UPDATE: Got home with my pizza, and before I left I asked the cashier was there extra pizza sauce on the pizza that I ordered. She said looked me in my face and said yes. I got home and that pizza was dryer than a piece of toast. yea im definitely not returning what of waste of $19.

Ordered delivery the delivery driver called cause they couldn’t find my address even though they’ve delivered here before so driver said can’t find your address so we’re canceling order. Tried calling store more than 10 time for over an hour and no one answered. My order showed delivered but it wasn’t. Finally got ahold of the manager and he lied saying he spoke to us when it was the delivery driver, then said when I said it shows delivered but never received the, manager said “AI” pushed the delivery button. Worst customer service ever and couldn’t provide us with his manager/owner contact information to resolve the issue. So hopefully my order was cancelled and I get a refund.
