Had a taste for pizza and this N. Henry location did not fail me!
I told the lady that my pizza was soooo good šŸ‘ šŸ˜‹
It was fresh, hot, served timely for carryout after ordering, and Don and I just sat in the car and ate! Yummy šŸ˜‹!
Keep this up Pizza Hut!

STEALING CREDIT CARD INFORMATION they took money out of my account the next day. Original was 16.05 next day changed to 19.05, my account is in the negatives because of it call me broke idc people have different lives. The store people are not taking me seriously it’s day 4 and still have yet to talk to a manager or get my refund they have lied multiple times. DONT GO HERE THEY STEAL UR MONEY CHECK UR ACCOUNTS THE NEXT DAYYY

Online without any promotions a large supreme pizza was 20.29 we asked why our MEDIUM supreme pizza was 20.29 the guy cashier came up with some bogus answer. I was giving pizza hut another shot after years of not liking their food , but I won't be coming back being overcharged for a medium pizza is crazy work.

Did an online order for the second time here. Order was paid beforehand. Came to drive thru. Nobody came to window. Seen multiple employee talking and playing and on their phone. One came and placed food in the warmer but still no one came to the window. Until almost 10 minutes later an employee came and was very unwelcoming. The ā€œmangerā€ I spoke with too was unprofessional and unapologetic. Had me late for work. I do not recommend going here. Food was poorly made also.

have ordered here twice for pick up; the first time they forgot items within my order and I had to remind them before I left the store. The second time was for a late night pick up in which the store interior is closed, but the drive-through open. It’s a very poor design because if somebody in front of you has an order that is not ready for pick up, you have to wait for their order to be filled/complete before you can get your food. So if someone comes early and you’re three cars behind them, the 3 cars have to wait until the early drivers’ order is completed before the line moves forward. 45 minutes wait time. saw two cars behind me turn around and leave. in addition, they have very few workers in the store but they are taking numerous orders and not giving wait times. This place overworked the workers, staff is understaffed and disrespects the patrons by expecting them to wait extended Wait times without warning. I wouldn’t suggest going here late a night with the skeleton crew. Also don’t Mad at the understaffed workers aim your complaints at management who allow this work model to continue, if so inclined escalate to corporate. At the time of This review there is another a Pizza Hut literally less than 4.3 miles away on Jodeco(will have to see managed/owned by same company).
also, be weary of management who responds to Google review complaints with apologies, but doesn’t actually implement changes or offer compensation for a problem multiple customers have taken the time to complain about. Apologies without changes is just manipulation.

(06/06/25) My husband got off work come we decided to get pizza the personal pan with the 4 boneless wings. It’s 8:15 p.m. we order he go pick it up come home we open it my pepperoni was burnt and our wings was very cold and hard with a dot of sauce on them , he tried to call back they picked up the phone and hung it up he takes it back only to be told they could not redo the pizza only the wings so he asked for the money back they said they can’t refund him until the next day because the general manager have to do it he said that makes no since where is the manager the lady saidā€I am the manager ā€œ and the wings will be 25 more minutes 😔😔 so he ended up waiting for wings and cold pizza and got it at 9:43.😔😔 Every time we order from here it’s always a problem and the whole staff is very rude I just got fed up and decided to do this review, tired of giving them second chances because they are in the neighborhood, they need to get a whole new crew with good customer service!!! We will not spend our money there anymore. So sorry I didn’t take photos.

Ordered online paid up front all for them to cancel my order and not even call me. When I called and spoke with Ronald he proceeded to tell me they cancelled my order and my phone number was invalid all so they don’t have to do any work. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THEY ARE LAZY. I placed a mobile order for delivery tonight . Online tracker said delivered but I never received anything! I called and was told sense it was delivered it was out of there hands that I would need to speak to someone else did they put in a request or remake my order and deliver it again . Never received that one either . I have ordered from this location many of times and never had an issue.
