This is the most worse Pizza Hut I call to speak with a manager about my pizza it had a burnt taste no sauce I paid for extra beef look like about 10 pieces of meat on the entire pizza. I was on hold for 25 minutes no one never came to the phone. I will dispute this payment on my credit card. I will not return.

I love this jodeco Pizza Hut location. I love pizza and this specific location always prepares my food really well. Shout out to Kevin! He’s usually the one I see. He’s super nice and does a good job making my pizza. Jasmine is also very nice as well.

Service was awesome. It was a one man show that ran like 5 or not, I've seen alot more people do a lot less. He told people times they food would be ready but had it out earlier, no one had to wait long at all. It was the best customer service I've had in a very long time. He awsome. Thanks Mike

Poor Poor service!!! I normally come in to this location everyday for lunch. The employee was fixing an order for someone when I walked in I’m not sure if he couldn’t find the ticket but then he dug in the garbage to look for the ticket don’t find it and continued to fix food. While I was waiting another woman walked in to pick up an order. Once he completed the order at the window he then proceeded to help the woman that came in after me I interrupted him to let him know I was next and needed to place an order. He responded with it’s easier for him to help get everyone else order out than to take my order I explained to him that my order could be getting prepared since I was in line first he then ignored me I asked for the manager three times who yelled out he was coming but never came to my assistance who also watch the employee look through the trash can and didn’t tell him to wash his hands. So even though I frequent this establishment at least 3-4times a week my concern was so beneath management he couldn’t address it. Disgusting service!

We’re on vacation with appt of kids, ordered online for delivery. Order came missing 3 pizzas. Called and was told they would put 3 missing pizzas back in and have them out within 35-45 mins. After waiting for over an hour we called back to find out they never put the replacement pizzas back in. They only wanted to refund the 3 missing pizzas and at this point I have several kids that are hungry and haven’t eaten. Reason for pizza not being redone like we were told is “oh sorry, I didn’t put it in. We got busy” as a paying customer with a large order this is absolutely unacceptable. He then wanted to only give us a store credit, we told him we were just passing through and that would be useless to us. Finally spoke with manager and we are supposed to have full order refunded back. We will see how long that takes.. and if not I’ll dispute with my bank.
