The food is good and surprisingly, the wait in the drive-thru line wasn't bad. The portion size of the red beans and rice has gotten smaller. Now you have to order a large to get the regular size smh. Other than that, this is a good location.

It took 30 minutes to get a simple 2 individual meals. And they still forgot items from my order. Rude from the beginning and not a single apology. Another gentleman was waiting a long time aswell for his meal.

UPDATE 2/28/25:
I placed a lunch order for myself & 5 coworkers. We spent $65. Only 1 out of 6 orders was correct. We were missing 3 biscuits, 2 buttermilk ranch dipping sauces that came with the meal, 2 sweet heat sauces that we paid extra for, we asked for 2 extra sides of pickles (not on the app, so we were told that we had to pay an extra $1.29 when we picked up the order) and only got 1 order of pickles, one of the orders was supposed to be classic but got spicy, one of the orders was supposed to be dark but got white, and one of the orders was missing a mashed potatoes & gravy.

When my coworker went to pick up the order, she was told it was all there. When she told them that she was missing a sandwich (this is the order that was on correct once we unbagged everything) the cashier argued with her and said it was all there. She had to prove it to her, then they added the sandwich to the bag.

So, 5 people, each with their own families, are no longer interested in ordering from this Popeye's location. Not to mention that my coworkers & myself order lunch from somewhere in Stockbridge, at least 5 days a week! Popeye's is now OFF of our list.

I didn't bother to call because we have had issues before and they don't answer the phone. We just all agreed that we wouldn't order from them again.

Worst popeyes!!! Always something ni matter the day or time…. Things never go right when younger adult you may call them run any type of restaurants dealing with food.

The store is usually dirty. The staff is short and rude. The food is subpar. The skin on the chicken was full of flour chunks, not cooked to the crispiness that Popeye's was known for many years ago. The dirty rice was dry. The red beans and rice were gritty. The coleslaw was disgusting. I only recommend their biscuits.

Went last week, they forgot my side of mac and cheese that I paid $4.00 for. Called to speak with the manager Toslyn, she told me to come back for either a refund or a mac and cheese. I just went today and got a combo with of course the mac and cheese as a side that is supposed to be “free”. I got to the window and made sure the cashier knew about my free mac and cheese and gave her the receipt, she assured me I was not charged. I pull off and look at my receipt and I was definitely charged full price. I turn around at this point, go in and ask for my refund for the mac. The cashier threw away my old receipt and the manager proceeds to give me .50 cents!! So not only did they forget my mac the first time that was 4.00. I was charged full price the 2nd time so honestly we shouldnt even look at this order at all! and just give me the refund from the old receipt. .50 cents was definitely not what I was supposed to get back. Something so small but its the principle.

Horrible . Ordering ahead of time is pointless . You still have to wait once you get here . I waited 25-30 min for an order I placed online ahead of time . Several drive thru orders got their food before mine . Service is horrible . Zero stars is what you really deserve .

"Love that chicken from Popeyes" . Not only a jingle but true! And the butterfly shrimp are delicious. Service is quick and product is fresh.
