Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Many people are quick to drop bad reviews. I had to stop & run tonight to do a review on my visit and experience with Farah. I don’t know if I spelled that right. From the time I walked in the door, she greeted me with a smile. She attentively took my order. She communicated to her teammates. She was extremely upbeat and could tell she enjoyed her work. It was such A refreshing dinner and I’m glad I stopped by. She def deserves a raise for the outstanding service she is providing.

The place is nasty and have bugs bad and the gm is disrespectful and has no good customer service. He uses old meat and old flour and batter from the night before. He will seek you some spoil chicken he don't care!!!!!

I was getting my car washed and decided to eat at Popeyes while I waited. The young lady that took my order was very courteous. My food was prepared fast and it was fresh. The restaurant itself was disgusting. The restroom smelled like urine. Urine was all over the floor and the toilet was not clean. The dining area was disgusting as well. Food was all over the tables and the floor was nasty. There’s a circular that looks like they do paperwork there had folders everywhere and flies were all over. I took my food and ate outside of the car wash. This location is relatively new but very unsanitary for a restaurant.

When you first walk in you can see how clean the building is from the door handle to the drink fountain .The customer service is top tier. The workers are friendly and helpful.

Waited over 25 minutes after being told to park for two meals off the menu and their still got the orders wrong an we didn't receive all the items we ordered

This is by far the worst Popeyes location in Henry County. I ordered the 5-piece tender meal with an apple pie, and the experience was disappointing once again. The tenders were lightly floured and lacked the crispiness they should have, and instead of the apple pie I ordered, I received a strawberry cheesecake.

This level of service is unacceptable, and I’ve officially decided to stop visiting this location. From now on, I’ll make the trip to the Henry Blvd. Popeyes, where the service and food are consistently better. In my opinion, the McDonough location is the best in the area.

Quality service starts with having a diverse and well-trained staff. This location needs serious improvement—or it should be shut down permanently.

Slow , order wrong , line long everyone waiting !!!

They gave me undercooked food and I ordered the new chicken dippers and they gave me chicken tenders in the container. This is unacceptable. Everything no was cold.
I have all tenders and no dippers. I’m calling corporate.

The worse popeyes I've ever been to, ordered at 7:53 and didn't get my food until 8:47. No remorse from the team, nobody cared, if u want popeyes there's more about 10 mins away. Don't waste your time here

I ordered the BOGO 6 pc wings with a biscuit and red beans and rice. The BBQ wings were barely tossed in sauce, looks nothing like the menu picture smh and the biscuit seems like it's been sitting out for a while. The first time I came to this location it was good. Today, not so much.

Me and my family of 7 ordered our food through uber eats we where all very hungry after a 10 hour drive, 4 uber drivers cancelled our order so we called they said “oh well it’s the uber drivers fault they cancelled” so we are like “ok? Well is our food going to get made and the lady on the phone said if the uber driver gets here on time”,at that time we had ordered our food and hour ago and now they are gonna close in 15 mins, we called again and they told us actually they where sold out of everything, no chicken, no sodas, no nothing and it was Ubers fault for not communicating that to us me and my family was very disappointed we went to bed hungry since everything was closed already

The food is not seasoned at all. I gave it 3 stars because the service was fast. It has been months since I’ve been there, and still no improvement. Done with that location.

Clean and quick service. The manager was smiling and made me comfortable even though I ordered online from Bojangles and mistakenly went to Popeyes. She laughed with me and directed me. She was so nice I had to purchase a dinner meal just to thank her for her service. Great experience!!!
