I did and online order at this location. The store close at 11pm and my order pickup was for 10:45 pm. I got there a few minutes early with my receipt. Once I pulled to the window I was told they were closed even though the lights to the drive-in were on and a car in front of me ordered. I told them I had an online order to pickup and I had my receipt and time on it. The young lady at the window was extremely rude and actually said, well I don't know what to tell you. Honestly that angered me so I asked for the manager and she told me to pull around. Once I got to the window you could actually see there was a lot of chicken available. I explained to the manager what happened and I also explained to her that I used my points for the order. This manager who said her name was Jacel had an attitude worse than the employee. I asked her if I could have the number for corporate office and she told me they didn't have a corporate office. I asked her if I could have the number to the GM and she told me, I had to go and see if it was on the door. WOW! Not only did I not get my order, lost my points, the manager was worse than the employee. This truly upset me and what made it worse when I Googled the number for Popeyes corporate office and called to complain the automated recorded stated you have to speak to an AI representative through a link they send you. WOW! This is ridiculous and I'll never go to this Popeyes again. Honestly I think my family and I will start going to Bojangles which is on the same street about 1 minute away. I received these points from Popeyes because of all the money I've spent with them and I refuse to spend my money with a Company that thinks this is ok.

This hudson bridge popeyes is the worst Ive ever been to, they never have what you want, seems like the only popeyes that never have legs, their chicken be fried hard, dry, and tasteless, the staff attitude stinks. If you order something that comes with sauce, they dont wanna give you at least one sauce, they try to make you pay for it. If they had zero stars thats what Id give this popeyes, everything about it stinks.

I had 2 orders I placed and both orders were messed up after spending a total of 38 mins waiting for my food. It seems that nobody has a sense of urgency to get food done. My first order I had was a 12 piece chicken all white meat and 2 large dirty rice sides with 6 biscuits. We got dark meat and 2 reg size mash potatoes and gravy. My 2nd order was 4 apple pies. Those pies totally got dropped somewhere. I stood up there waiting for them to never received them. All of the staff made eye contact with me serval times and made no comment to me. After everyone was helped and got food and was gone I ask if someone could help me with my order. They got my pies and threw them on the counter and said nothing to me no apology or have a nice day or anything. Very rude to say the least
my chicken was cold by the time I got home with it. Very dissatisfied with my Popeyes visit. Do not recommend this location.

1st, the drive through order taker on 10/26 at 430pm was super aggressive to the point where if was near impossible to place the order. We ordered a 3 piece white meat dinner and a 6 piece boneless combo. We received a dark meat combo and bone in wings.

The cashier was so disrespectful to other customers ? that her attire was filthy disgusting. I mean, she was wearing dirty clothes scratching her hair and butt.i mean nasty, just nasty attire. Attitude to fit. Awful, disgusting young lady.this was a poppeys. At one time, but she made my stomach turn. We have to do better.Sad.this was 10/13/2024. At 5:13pm.

How a family meal comes with small sides!!! Chicken wasn’t good! You can see the yuck underneath the skin. I won’t be eating here again ! Just throw the entire staff away!

The young lady who took my order and helped me in the drive thru was amazing! My only issue is with the food. I ordered the 6 piece wing meal, I got home to see that I was given boneless wings instead of bone in wings. When I go to other locations, unless you specifically mention boneless, you’re given the regular bone in wings. I didn’t mention boneless at all. On top of that, the boneless wings had very little sauce on them, which essentially made them a chicken nugget and not a wing. ? The fries were fresh, but a bit overcooked.

I had a terrible experience at the Popeyes located at 1080 Hudson Bridge Rd, Stockbridge, GA 30281. I placed a mobile order and when I got home, I realized that I didn’t receive everything I paid for. I called and spoke with a manager who instructed me to bring in my receipt, which I did. However, when I arrived, a different manager named Linda was working, and she was extremely rude and unhelpful. Despite showing her my receipt and explaining the situation, she refused to give me the missing items from my order.
As a paying customer, I felt embarrassed and disrespected. I didn’t expect such unprofessional and dismissive behavior from a manager. I’m disappointed with how poorly this was handled and will think twice before returning to this location.

This location is unprofessional and incompetent! I went there and asked for all dark meat because my family doesn’t eat white meat. I was told that I could not have all dark meat. The person taking my order said that I could drive around and place another order if I wanted all dark meat. That is the most ignorant option available considering that I would still be getting all dark meat. I really need someone to explain the logic. Management please re-train your employees at this location or customers should avoid it!

This location always gets the order wrong so check before you leave, which I'm usually in a rush do that's why 2 stars instead of 1. Order ahead online but you still have to wait but they'll offer you a basic soda.
Showed up at 11 and they said they were out of sandwiches and boneless wings so we ordered blackened fingers and they told us they didn’t want to drop anymore fingers for the night. Horrible service. Won’t be back.
