Absolutely pointless ordering ahead through the app . Get here and STILL have to wait! Why is it even an option ? I should’ve went to the other Popeyes . I know better now . And this one hasn’t even been open that long . Ridiculous ! Placed my order at 3:57 pm. It’s 4:34!!! Ended up coming in to get my order and still had to damn wait ! No I don’t want no damn apple pies!

They didn’t have over half of the stuff i wanted to order. They didn’t have fries or wings or the lemonade i wanted and the drink that they did have that i ordered did have any large cups and gave me and my husband mediums and charged us for larges

Cashier flat out lied about having the sauce I order with my food. Another rep had to step in because she knew was being difficult and didn’t want to help. Check your bag because they will give you the wrong order. Terrible experience for my first time at this location.

I made the drive to this specific location today because I felt that they do the chicken right.That said, we didn't eat there... it went like this:Someone yells that the line is wrapped around the building. Next, a person wearing a surgical mask, the blue kind, gray sweater, and Bambi eyelashes, walked over to the entry doors, bends over, and shakes his/her butt. As if telling the line of cars what to kiss. The 12-year-old was bothered by the display, so we left. It was bad because the supply truck was there, and one of the parking areas has been blocked off by the dumpster.We stood there a moment, and a woman, I believe, was the manager, greeted us. Deep sigh, we left.

Door dash , Uber drivers , in you come past 9:30pm . The lobby is close . You will have to wait in line … which they are extremely slow.. I waited so long .over a hour . then for them ..to tell me they stop accepting orders at 10 o’clock … which the lady order at 9:50 .. so then they said Their ticket machine is not working !!!!!! never again
POPEYES at 1810 Hudson Bridge Rd, Stockbridge, GA 30281Customer asked for the 8 pieces spicy nuggets meal. Apparently, the young lady was new and didn't know to tell the customer who was new coming in there to say “we don't carry spicy nuggets.” When the manager came around and said what is the customer’s order, and employee let the manager know and the manager told the employee to "just put regular nuggets in the customer’s order."The employee said out loud,“put regular chicken nuggets in the customer’s order” and the manager said “yes” and walked away.The customer heard the whole conversation and said, the customer stated "Don't give me regular. I asked for spicy.” The employee then said “we do not sell spicy nuggets.” Th customer said “give me eight tenders” and the manager walked back around again and said, "Give the customer three tenders” and walk away again. The customer said, to the employee “ I do not want just three tenders because I paid for eight pieces nuggets” and the customer then asked the employee “if she could give me five tenders then.” The female employee asked a male employee, and the male employee said “three tenders.” The customer said “ I would like five tenders to compensate for the eight nuggets.” The female employee explained the issues to a lady employee, and that female employee gave the customer five spicy tenders.The customer’s complaint is that “they should have given me the five spicy tenders, or returned my money back, or told me at the beginning that we do not carry spicy nuggets, or they should have asked me if I would like something else.”Very bad business to undermine the customer, try to be sneaky, especially as a manager. They all have poor customer service skills!

The service is about as quick and friendly as a blue whale in the Sahara desert. They close before the sign on the door says they are. There's a Bojangles just down the road. Maybe you should go there.

Staff seems to close the lobby whenever they want. Here it is 9:23 pm on Sunday, they are supposed be open until 11 pm and the lobby is closed and the doors are locked.

We waited over 40 minutes for our food which was only 3 sandwiches, and we didn’t even receive it until we kept standing up front asking. Once we got our food the fries were cold and the buns were falling apart. Don’t come to this establishment because of the very slow service!
