Started off with a good vibe. Celebrating my cousins bday with about 10 family members, all adults. Waitress had excellent customer service. Took our orders, made sure we were good at all times. The food was decent. (I think I'm tired of all the JUICY AND ROCKIN CRAB PLACE here in metro Atlanta). Then came the DRAMA! Some disgruntled employee came up wanting her last check and brought her I go hard boyfriend as backup. Threw the entire vibe off. Service came to an halt and we were ready to go! Police was called and a peaceful evening was ruined. Not ever going back.

Ordered Rockin Deluxe as usual, however it is not what it used to be. Instead of red new baby potatoes they now give you huge red potatoes, I imagine to fill up the pan , instead of 1/2 pound of shrimp they only give you about 5 or 6, instead 1/2 pound of mussels they give you 10 or 12 they have also cut back the seasoning sauce by 70 percent, but the price remains the same. Shrinkflation?

The service was awful. Our waitress was slow and thoughtless. It took us an hour to get our food and 30 minutes for her to take our order. There were 6 of us, so she knew her 18% tip was coming regardless and she put no effort into us. We had to get up and find her several times. About the food, I had a steam bag with crab legs. I added broccoli. It came with one corn and one potato. Good thing I ordered broccoli. My food was good, but the guests who ordered the fried fish and shrimp and crab balls were unhappy with their food. The batter fell off when they touched it, and they said it was bland. They gave us cheap tiny plastic forks to eat with, which we had to ask for, and no shell cracker or pick. When I asked for a cracker, she said she had to find one because they have to pay for them out of their own pocket. What the what?? Then I'm given the smallest, cheapest crab cracker I've ever seen. I ended up using my hands to crack them and the back of my tiny cheap fork to dig the meat out. And the atmosphere, the music was so loud it felt like we were in the club shouting at each other and struggling to hold a conversation. The floors were slippery, and I will not be returning.

I came on 3/1, the vibe was great. My server was Rainbow and I love her! I definitely will be asking for her the next time I come, if she isn’t busy. She’s very attentive, professional and makes sure everything is up to par. From the time I sat down till the time I got my entree it was 21 minutes. Pretty good for a Friday, considering I had an appetizer as well. The karaoke was amazing! I will definitely be back!

We went on a Saturday night. It was busy. Our server was nice. It did take a long time to get our bar drinks. The food was very good. I had a seafood boil bag that included a cluster of crab legs, 1/2 pound of shrimp, 1/2 pound sausage, corn and potatoes. My hubby had a fried fish basket. The music is loud so if you don't like loud music, this is not for you. Kids were there, but I'm not sure it's "kid friendly" on a Saturday night, if that makes sense.
My seafood spot for the last 3 years. No complaints.

The food was great as always but the server Bri is horrible. She took forever to come greet us, I had to go to the host stand to let them know we have not been greeted yet and the service was just flat out bad. She took forever to do everything, mind you they wasn’t even busy. I had a party of 4 plus a child and she had the nerve to put gratuity on the bill when the menu clearly states party of 6 is when gratuity is to be added. She had a lot of nerve especially giving that mediocre service. Whenever I do go back I promise you I’ll make sure she’s NOT my server. I used to be a server and she needs training on server etiquette because she clearly has none.
