Food is good but horrible customer service. The cashier acts like she is mad with the world.
My fries were fresh and wings fried hard with extra sauce! It took some time for the wings to come out but it was definitely worth it. 10/10

I’ve been hooked since the first time I’ve tried them. The food and service is always great when I go. Definitely better than American Deli and the wings are bigger also.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Try to call 30 minutes before they supposedly close no answer after multiple calls. I then drive to the store and walk in and there are customers still waiting for food. I walk in because the door is still open. I get to the counter and the cook says we are closed. Confused I ask “you’re closed”? He says yes we close at 830. Mind you it’s still 8:20. It usually takes less than 10 minutes to make my order. Completely unacceptable and horrible customer service.

Never EVER AGAIN! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND COOK!I ORDERED 10 PIECE CHICKEN WINGS HOT GARLIC PARMESAN. WINGS LOOK LIKE THOSE OF PIGEONS, MY FRIES WERE DISGUSTING AND I KNOW THESE WINGS WERE LEFTOVER FROM A PREVIOUS ORDER AND RE FRIED.I CALLED and spoke to Jayden explaining that the WINGS were not up to par, and that my lunch was over so I couldn't bring the wings back. He more or less told me "OH WELL."THEY WONT GET ANYMORE OF MY SERVICE.
