The atmosphere is the best thing about this place. New to the area and have given them three tries. The food is ok, lacks seasoning and flavors of authentic Italian food. Their fish however, is excellent.
The door greater always seems to be miserable at her post, not a very welcoming impression. The service is sub par, friendly staff though not very attentive. Neither of the bartenders I’ve encountered seem well versed in actual bartending. Staff seem to gather in the kitchen and are unaware that their voices carry throughout the business.
In the kitchen you can see the cooking area and we witnessed the cooks touch their faces/noses and then back to preparing food without washing hands or changing gloves. The owner doesn’t seem to care much as he spends most of his time waking around on his phone. It’s not professional to hear him arguing on the phone outside the restaurant as you leave. At least take it to the back.
I don’t hastily leave negative reviews. Our first visit was horrible, the second we had a much better server so we were hopeful, the third wasn’t as bad as the first, but none made me want to continue to spend my money there.

Serafino's is a very special place. The food is the best Italian food in town. Hands down with no debt. What takes Serafino's to the next level is its people. The entire staff works together very well. Melisa and Mercedes are normally on duty when I eat there. They are both awesome! BTW, I eat there at least once a week. Melisa is always my server and I don't think she ever has a bad day. She always has a bright smile on her face welcoming and engaging with their guest as if they were her family and friends. As I observe the other servers and kitchen staff you can see a family style culture that is very infectious. The general manager, Marlon, has done a fantastic job of building an awesome crew. The food, staff and environment joined together creates an elogent experience beyond anything you will find on the Southside of Atlanta. You must expeirence Serafino's for yourself. A great place to take that special person out for a very special evening or if you just want great food for lunch Melisa and Mercedes and the Serafino's team has you covered.

Melissa waited on us and did a great job explaining the items we were interested in. She did a great job of seeing what we need before we had to ask. The food was great but her service made the meal

This Italian bistro exceeded expectations! Overall seamless experience. No wait time, dining room cleanliness stood out immediately, staff was attentive, friendly and genuine. Food was flavorful and well presented. Overall, on all fronts : well deserved five-star experience, I will definitely be returning!

Had dinner tonite and was sat down quickly with out a reservation and my server Mikayla was very helpful and prompt to keep checkin on us we had the grilled pork chops and baked cheese ravioli and also some mozzarella di fitti all the food was fresh and tasted excellent also Makayla refilled our drinks and glasses were never under half full . They had a live band which played amazing 70s n 80s music and the tone was set just right. Music was not too loud so u could enjoy conversations I definitely will be returning and give them A++++ service n cleanliness

Let me start by saying this place **EXCEEDED my expectations**. I went today for my friends Seraphina Bday and we truly truly enjoyed ourselves The customer service was immaculate, and the food… the food was ON POINT. I’m a very picky eater and I ate EVERYTHING, no complaints at all.

Melissa took such good care of us the whole time. Her energy, her patience, her attitude — top tier customer service. You can tell when somebody really cares about the experience, and she definitely did.

And whoever was in that kitchen got **hands of magic**, because every single thing we ordered was good. No misses at all.

Safe to say I found a new spot and I’m excited about it. If you want GREAT FOOD, go here and tell them Sundae sent you I will definitely be back.

The kids meal is falsely priced. The kids spaghetti says $8 for marinara or meat sauce. We were charged $12 for his meal which showed an extra charge for “meat sauce”. I’m highly disappointed with the fact that this hasn’t been fixed nor is the manager willing to correct this issue especially with how much we just spent here.
