This literally was the worse experience I’ve ever had at a lounge or bar . They had roaches crawling on the table and walls.the health department definitely needs to investigate and shut them down immediately!!

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!! THEY OVER CHARGING YOU FOR FOR ALCHOL 25.00 A SHOT! Then WE had the worse experience I ever had at a sports bar with the food I ordered. Being that I come here on a regular we came to get drinks and a bite to eat and i ordered 3 shrimp tacos and they brought me out 2 tacos with diced up shrimp you can barely see and the 3rd one didn't have any shrimp in it nothing but lettuce,tomato ,and they tell me that I couldn't return it and they would not take it off my tab. So to prevent an argument I went ahead and paid for something I didn't get! But I will never come back to this place again!

I attended this event by invitation, knowing my service animal would be accompanying me. I usually stick to outdoor environments, but this time I came prepared with all proper documentation. My service animal was vested, carried badge ID, and I also had legal documents on me.
Despite this, when I parked, security (Ron) stopped me and refused entry. I was told to speak with management, only to then be told management was “not here tonight.” I even tipped Peanut for allowing me to briefly use the restroom while my service animal waited outside, yet we were still denied access.
Being compared to “someone else who had an issue” was unfair and discriminatory — that person was not me. I had followed all the requirements of the law, yet I was treated as if my rights didn’t matter.
This was supposed to be a Soca night invite, but instead of enjoying the event or even being able to tell the DJ I arrived, I was turned away. Normally, I contribute even if I remain outdoors, but this time I tipped and still had to leave.
I left feeling disrespected and excluded. Businesses need to understand that service animals are not pets — they are protected by law. I hope this situation is corrected so no one else has to experience what I did. I also meant to add we came with his stroller, bag or leash even a tent to accommodate any special rules of establishment - he was not just on a leash and vest.

It was very clean with a lot of space inside. I am pregnant and went just for food. The service was so nice. I went outside to wait because it was smoky from hookah and the security brought my food to the car without me even having to ask. The waitresses were so nice and kind. Definitely will be going back for late night cravings.

The DJ was great, but I encountered an issue with the hookah I received, which was not functioning properly. When I mentioned it, the waitress immediately informed me that I would need to pay for a replacement within just three minutes of receiving it. The management arrived at our table with a confrontational attitude and offered to remake the hookah for an additional cost, yet they refused to take back the faulty one. Additionally, the service was quite slow, despite being a slow crowd

Shout out to Chef Shannon and Q My food was amazing Kay you did your thing behind the bar girl I didn’t catch the general manager and his son‘s name but what I say customer service matched the food if I could give them a 10 I would thank you so much and keep it up. Went for happy hour$2 taco Tuesday n it’s exactly what it $2 budget. I received 3 tacos n the shrimp was d size of a Lima bean…..No type of taste whatsoever…..Bartender took he’s precious time giving me my bill I could have literally got up n walk off without paying….I won’t b back
