The issue I had was there is a bad fly infestation when you go to the walk-up window. There were flies EVERYWHERE, on the menu sign, all over the tables and I know they have to be inside of the restaurant because they were all around the window. I have never seen anything like it and it's unsanitary. Small Sliders have to do something ASAP about the bad fly infestation. You lost me as a customer.

The burgers 🍔 were fantastic! They tasted good and had good flavor. The buns were good also. The meal took a while to get. The drive through was long, so I thought I could get faster service walking up. Negative! Glad the food was nice.

I visited this location recently, and my experience at the drive-thru was very disappointing. The cashier, whose name was Heather, had a terrible attitude from the start. She seemed irritated and made no effort to be polite or welcoming. When I tried to place my order, she acted like it was an inconvenience for her to do her job.
Customer service should always come with a positive attitude, especially when working directly with customers in the drive-thru. If Heather doesn’t want to deal with people, maybe she would be better off working in the back with food prep instead. It’s not fair for paying customers to deal with rude or unprofessional behavior when all we want is a simple meal and decent service.
The food itself was okay, but the service completely overshadowed it. I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome, which is not how any customer should feel after visiting a restaurant. Management really needs to work on improving customer service and making sure employees represent the business in a more respectful way.
I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I felt it needed to be said. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously, because good service makes all the difference — and unfortunately, this visit missed the mark.

Slowww. Slowww service... Even when it's not alot of people, I waited 30mins for 2 sliders, maybe because it's ran by a bunch of young people. Never trying again...
