I saw a lot of bad reviews on the wait times, so I decided to get there at opening time….My wait wasn’t too long (around 8-10 minutes) the service was pretty good, the sliders were fine, the fries were a little lukewarm….1-10 I’ll give them a 6 1/2 on the food quality!!
Tried Smalls today. I came at about 11am. It was a line but not out the parking lot. I may have waited 20 minutes. I got two sliders. Fries. Queso. And a cookies and cream shake. Everything was very good. And I am full 😂 I will do without the sauce moving forward. I’m not typically a sauce person anyway but wanted to try it.
The burgers are definitely fresh and flavorful even though the line is long. The customer service was similar to chick fil a and I can appreciate that.
I would suggest they offer raw or sautéed onion to turn it up a notch. The tea was not sweet it was very strong, but the fries were crispy, sauce and queso is great. Took about 35 min to get through the line.
