On November 30, I purchased an acai bowl from this location which had sour fruit. I called the store and was asked to bring the bowl back immediately, in which I did. I asked for a refund to my original payment (because why would I want another bowl with more sour fruit) and I was told by the assitant manager that they were not sure how to process refunds and that was a task handled by the director of operations, Kevin. I gave them my contact information to give to Kevin. I called a week later after not hearing anything and once again I was told that the director of operations would be contacting me. I even called again last Saturday (12/14/24), and was once again told that Kevin will reach out to me. It is now 12/19/24 and I still have heard nothing back. I am very concerned about how the director of operations has handled this situation (especially if he is the only one that can process refunds), and at this point I have not received my money back, almost a month later. Very poor customer service, very disingenuous.
