Stopped by the other day to grab two Açaí Bowls. The young man that took my order was great he had short to medium dreads like in his hair. He had great customer service. But the young man that actually made my order needs to be trained a bit further. He had burgundy hair. He handed the bowls to me. Didn’t ask me if I needed a bag. After I asked for the bag, he sits the bag beside my order like you do it. I asked him if he could bag it. He asked me what bag do I want. I replied I’ll take any bag, so that I can get my order and go. He dreadfully placed them in the bags. After I got home I didn’t eat mine right away. I waited later. Midway through me eating it, I felt hair tangled in my mouth. I nearly threw up all over the place. Called yesterday for a manager. I won’t mention the persons name. But she asked if she could replace the bowl. But what was so sad and disappointing to me was, she never expressed an apology. Like I just had someone’s hair in my mouth from your food establishment. Don’t ever take that lately. I’m sure there is more hair in that same prep. Because the guy that made my order had short hair. So this hair came from whoever prepped. Please pay your employees enough money. So that you will no longer have to scrape from the bottom of the barrel for help. This is disgusting!

I ordered four smoothies and they all tasted like 99.9% powder, when it should taste like fruit. I couldn't even finish mine. I even attempted to improve upon it at home by adding some orange juice (they don't include OJ here as a base juice) and other fruit. Unfortunately, the powder taste is SOOOOO strong it's all I could taste still. I wasted almost $40 and my own groceries trying to salvage the smoothie. Although the service was nice and fast, the smoothie left a terrible taste in my mouth and I don't think I will be returning.

Today was not a good day at this location. I had an online order, check #216. Arrived to see an employee smelling one of my smoothies. I didn't make a scene, told another employee. She admitted that she didn't know what it was. I still waited and had to ask about my missing smoothie, i had 4. And I continued to wait. I finally received all of my orders, but only after asking again and everyone else who came while i was there left.

I love this smoothie king because of the drive thru convenience and this store is pretty fast with their service most of the time. Today I came in and attempted to order through the drive thru like I normally do when I come here. It is lunch time so I expected the wait time to be longer than usual. I get to the speaker and was told they will be with me just a moment. I waited about 5 minutes then someone came on speaker and asked me for my order. Placed the order and did not get a response. Again I waited a few minutes before I asked if they got my order. I was then told to hold on again and they would be with me shortly. This time I waited about for another 5 minutes to ask if they were ready for my order. No response. I waited a few more minutes (during this time the line was long and people behind me were leaving the line). I patiently remains at the speaker and waited for the person to come back to proceed with my order. After another few minutes I checked back with them to see if they were ready. Once I didn't get a response again, I drove up to the window, the line in front of me had already been cleared out. When I got to the window I sat there for a few minutes and overheard the person getting the order for the car that was behind me. Once she finished taking that order to opened the window and asked if she could help me. I explained to her I was waiting at the speaker for over 10 minutes so since the line had cleared out I just pulled up. She explained to me that they were busy and that's why she told me to hold on. I explained to her that I understood them being busy and the wait time being long but after sitting there for a long time and continuously asking at the speaker if they were ready and I did not get a response I came to the window. She then proceeded to tell me that they do not take orders at the window and she already took the persons order that was behind me. She continued to say I can get your order now but we don't take orders at the window. I gave her my order and paid at the window. She told me to pull to the front parking area and they will bring it to me. I then waited in the parking lot for another 10 or so minutes and decided to go in since I seen the volume of customers building up. When I went in I did not see any sign of my order. I finally went up to the line in store to inquire about my order and was greeted by another employee and she asked me was I looking for something. I explained to her the situation and she said she would make it for me. She saved the day but unfortunately the first employee left a lasting impression that I can't forget. Thank you to the wonderful lady who helped at the end but after today I am not sure if this will be my go to smoothie king any longer.

Came before the store was closed and they had already put everything and did not get any service. Team member proceeded to lock the door when i left even though it was before store closing time.

I ordered a smoothie online at the Marietta location on 280 Cobb Parkway and the service was extremely terrible. The lady that made my smoothie made it so liquidy that it looked like water. I was not satisfied with the product and I asked could she make another one, and she told me no, I asked her to give me a refund and she told me that she could not. I asked to speak to her manager, she went in the back and took a long time coming back I sent a message to Smoothie King on their website, and I haven't heard anything back. Needless to say I would not be shopping at smoothie king for smoothies again as a result of poor customer, service, and management. I have reached out to the feedback site and awaiting contact.

This morning was the worse experience, both females that was working this morning was very nasty and attitude was ridiculous. I was just trying to redeem my points. First girl couldn't scan my phone so she got another female who was loud saying "I don't know what to tell her" WHAT!! I have points, so she came to the window asked for my phone and snatched it out my hand!! NOT COOL! I waited until she gave me my phone back and told her I don't appreciate her snatching my phone out my hand. She rolled her eyes, slammed window. I am still waiting for my smoothie, she handed me my smoothie, I asked for a cup holder, she said I can not give you a cup holder!!! I asked for corporate number, she said I don't have it. I had to call another location to get the number.
