They messed up so many times just repeating the order back one at a time. We knew rhat it wasn't going to be right but not picky but I order a chicken sandwich was way over cooked dry and thin was probably the worse one I've ever ordered. This location just doesn't have it together

I stopped coming to this location before because of the poor customer service and I thought I’d try it again, but why??? The service is worse and their grade is a B (80). My food sat on the counter for 10 minutes before I had to get out of my car , tap on the door for her to finally grab it and give it to me. Of course the food was cold. I drove around and went through the drive thru to tell them the food was cold and the attitude I received was if I had was wrong for wanting hot food. I would never recommend this location on Old Henry to anyone.

The food was a disappointment. All of it tasted bad except for the strawberry shake. I have students who work there and were advertising the new meal. I went and I was not pleased at all. No pictures! Discarded it!

Everytime I come here it’s is a problem.. everyone is in a rush or they miss something off your order and you have to wait forever for at a stall for the problem to be fixed or go through the long drive thru

The only problem is they don’t fill your fries or tots all the way like they supposed to. And last time I went they gave me a medium fry when I asked and paid for a large and STILL they didn’t properly portion it with the incorrect order. Management is needed (This is night shift btw) Wasting my money is not cool.

Worse 17 dollars ever spent my grand daughter had to throw away her fries they were soooooo hard My onion rings were burnt and the second one was just as bad .I asked for a triple and got a dry double I Will NEVER COME BACK AGAIN Money is tooo hard to come by for This. I wouldn't recommend anything.

Came here yesterday and my stomach was hurting really bad I went to the doctor because the pain was unbearable, the next day my test results came in and it turns out the food gave me E. coli never again baby
