Pulled in here to grab food for my family at noon on a Sunday...pressed red button and waited over 5 mins for someone to respond, pressed it again, was told someone would be right with me...someone finally answered so I started my order, and paused for a moment but absolutely nobody on the other side was responding to us. Absolutely ridiculous!!! I just turned around and left. I'm not going to be sitting somewhere for 15 minutes, especially as someone from out of state just for some food when there are plenty of other places around.

We just left from having lunch at Sonic. Very good. Food was made fresh. I was most impressed with the staff and how patient the cashier was regarding our special request. Thank you, Aloni! She greeted us with a smile and she made sure she was still smiling throughout the whole transaction. It goes a long way. Thank you. 👍🏼

I ordered on the app, my food was perfectly tempered, all items correct as well. Kavari was my carhop, very calm, polite and greeted me when he approached my vehicle. I’ve visited this location three times, and each time I notice all employees are polite even with the restaurant is quite busy. I appreciate the quality of food as well as the professionalism. By the way, I live in Hampton, the Fayetteville location is much much closer. I prefer the day and night shift employees attitudes and hard work at this location as the one in Fayetteville omg night shift is a nightmare attitude and accuracy of order wise.

This is the absolute worst I have ever been to. I ordered a burger some cheese sticks and some tots. The tots were not fresh, the cheese sticks were not cooked through, and the burger was fixed wrong. I took the food back and told them it wasn't fixed right. They took and cooked the exact food I gave them, then gave it back to me. The main part that frusated me was the burger. They made it wrong, but when I asked them to remake it they didn't. They just took the old toppings off added the new ones and gave it back to me. DON'T EVER GO TO THIS SONICS! IT IS THE WORST!

If you are out of ice just let people know when they order. Don’t hand them a Rt 44 sized cup full of warm soda and act like it’s normal. Having to wait for a refund is waste of time for both of us. Dang go buy some ice for your customers.
