Nearly every time I come, I’m never greeted, my food is wrong, and everything is super late. This time, I came in and my drink was ready but food wasn’t. I stood and waited a while, but wasn’t greeted or anything. Finally I just let them know I was here and the girl nonchalantly was like “it’s only 3 minutes late, so…”Okay. Just typically you’re at least nicer to people. Idk. I’ll drive further next time to avoid this location.

Never again! My white Chocolate mocha was not that and my turkey bacon was half cooked. Why??? I’ve NEVER had that disaster at ANY other Starbucks. I will not go to that location again

This was my first time using this Starbucks, so I'm not sure if this was a normal day or not. With that said, service was very slow, even in the drive-thru. The drinks were spot on and the cashier was super friendly. It just took forever to get our drinks, over 10 minutes of waiting and there were only about three or four cars in front of me.
Technically the Jonesboro location is closer for me but I go out of my way for this store- they are so efficient and always have my correct order. This is such a nice thing to know when you are rushing in the morning, that you’ll be taken care of here!

My drink was fantastic, and the location was packed as usual. The only issue is they were blaring Disney soundtracks like we were at a theme park. I shouldn’t have to yell to give my order. It was a bit odd and uncomfortable waiting for my drink.

Nice location, but not much room to get some work done if you intend to stay a while. During the spring and summer may not be an issue with the outside seating. Friendly staff and the food was what I expect.
