I order my food from the kiosk and that was fine and I order my food to dine in. However, the guy who was working the drive thru he was also giving the front guest their food. He gave me my food in a to go bag I told him it was here he went and got a tray and tossed it on the counter. I told him I order Tropicana lemonade and I told him that there was no Tropicana lemonade in the dinning area he told me we don’t have any and all you can get is strawberry. I told him that you all need to post that. He then grabbed my cup and went to the drive through and got me some Tropicana lemonade. He need not to work with customers he need to prep and make customers food because my experience here was horrible. I hate I spent my money here. Horrible service. This is how my food was given to me. I threw that food away. Never again

I was unsure of my order on arrival. Not their fault. I was still able to order in a timely fashion. The young lady actually lunged out the window at me for some reason upon payment. Another worker seems to calm her down. No one resumed our window contact. I have no idea what I did wrong but I'm obviously not welcome at taco bell stockbridge. Plus they didn't even complete my order. Never coming back. 8/9/2025 order # 287 at 8:16 pm.

Nice young man waited on me and we chatted about our dogs. I loved his energy and upbeat personality! Excellent service with young man with weenie dog mix pup!
Food was hot but had huge hair in my chicken taco or it would of been 5 stars which I’m not upset the kindness I got from young man made up for it!

This burrito was all rice and barely any meat, I didn’t get my sauce and the last few times I went here every time it’s something wrong. Almost as if they don’t care that they take ya money but not giving quality anymore. I won’t be going back to the location anymore and at this point any Taco Bell for that matter

Visit occasionally in the middle of the night, when these folks are the only place open. They are always quick, the food is always good (and hot, and fresh!), and they are always friendly, even at 3am. Kudos night crew, you didn't have to be awesome, but you were anyway...thank you!
