HORRIBLE!!! First of all, they acted like they had no idea what they were doing. I had to wait forever in a day to get my food. Then, they tried to give me someone else's order and drink. Then, they messed up my order and I ended up paying for someone else's order. Lastly, they left things off of my order that I paid for. I will NEVER EVER go back to that Taco Bell again!!! 😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬

First off all i spent almost 50 dollars on cold food ! On top of that the young lady got my order wrong ! so I went to the inside because they didn’t give me all of my order which some older black man yelled at a Mexican employee and told her yeah I know You don’t speak English but “don’t let nobody else in the lobby! “ then on top of that basically told me if I wanted the rest of my food that I would have to get in the drive through line which was wrapped around the parking lot !

I ordered a beef grilled cheese burrito and after what seems like an inordinately long wait but might’ve only been 15 minutes instead I got two bean and rice burritos. I don’t know if they’re having a bad day or this is normal. if you order food from here I would say stop and double check the bag before you leave. I ordered fire sauce and they did get that correct and the food seems like it doesn’t violate any health code violations so it’s not an entire loss
They barely put any chicken in my cantina bowl, and it looked like old food old lettuce it was horrible ... I also ordered a crunch wrapp and it barely had any beans... everything i order it looked like the package it with no passion or motivation, this.company needs either a better leadership to watch how they are doing there job or hire new employees to work at night... it was a waste of money what I bought.

If I could give it zero i would ordered tostada with extra cheese no cheese at all also ordered 2 soft tacos add sour cream and nacho cheese I get 2 taco supremes and a meximelt didn't get it at all joke this place us

It's ok food for what you are paying. Pickup windows people are good, but atmosphere is not ideal because most of the time it's closd inside or you don't feel a good vibe to come in

Imagine you're incredibly hungry after a long day at work and your options are limited because it's late. You decide on Taco Bell because it is a fast food chain known for it's late night hours and delicious menu. Except you choose to go to the Taco Bell in Stockbridge.. this isn't your first time ordering here so you know not to expect much because 9 times out of 10, this location will find someway to astronomically eff up you order. You get home and begin to open your bag, you notice they forgot the straws. As you start to take "your items" out of the bag, you also notice there's no napkins, sauce or utensils. While you think about how you're going enjoy your baja freeze (that you were lucky enough to actually get) with no straw and how you're going to eat your veggie bowl with no fork or spoon, you notice that you're missing whole items. Those nacho fries you were salivating over in the line at the drive thru are nowhere to be found, yet you paid for them. You also notice that the soft taco you specifically asked for is in fact a hard shell taco. For some reason you received fiesta potatoes you never ordered. The reality of your decision to go to the Taco Bell in Stockbridge sets in, the rest of your night is ruined.
I'm not sure if this is a result of careless employees or bad management but regardless, this location is rarely able to provide correct and even fresh food. Safe your self the aggravation and go to a different location nearby.
