After a long day I decided to get a cravings box. I ordered off the app. There was a line so I just grabbed my box and drink and drove away. When I got to the parking lot to check my order it wasn't my order it was somebody else's so I had to pull around and go inside and say hey my name is not Crystal. So my order was what I ordered once I went inside and got it but the cheesy potatoes were yucky. I guess the people weren't paying attention

Get home and noticed that on my receipt they rounded my bill up without asking. That is stealing. I will be reporting this. People lack integrity and it will eventually catch up to the business.

This location needs guidance. They got every order wrong and the cook staff seemed to not want to work with the manager on staff. The manager had to physically make and remake all incorrect orders. The wait time was horrible- over 20 minutes.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I hate that they took out any way to order except the self serve kiosk. Don’t even have a menu board on the store to look at. Food was ok though.

The daytime crew is awesome but the nighttime crew is not good at all. We just stopped going at night completely. The other problem is you can't dine in because there's always homeless people there begging and sitting around and being vulgar and drinking free drinks every single time you go in there
I order my food from the kiosk and that was fine and I order my food to dine in. However, the guy who was working the drive thru he was also giving the front guest their food. He gave me my food in a to go bag I told him it was here he went and got a tray and tossed it on the counter. I told him I order Tropicana lemonade and I told him that there was no Tropicana lemonade in the dinning area he told me we don’t have any and all you can get is strawberry. I told him that you all need to post that. He then grabbed my cup and went to the drive through and got me some Tropicana lemonade. He need not to work with customers he need to prep and make customers food because my experience here was horrible. I hate I spent my money here. Horrible service. This is how my food was given to me. I threw that food away. Never again

I was unsure of my order on arrival. Not their fault. I was still able to order in a timely fashion. The young lady actually lunged out the window at me for some reason upon payment. Another worker seems to calm her down. No one resumed our window contact. I have no idea what I did wrong but I'm obviously not welcome at taco bell stockbridge. Plus they didn't even complete my order. Never coming back. 8/9/2025 order # 287 at 8:16 pm.

Nice young man waited on me and we chatted about our dogs. I loved his energy and upbeat personality! Excellent service with young man with weenie dog mix pup!
Food was hot but had huge hair in my chicken taco or it would of been 5 stars which I’m not upset the kindness I got from young man made up for it!
I loved the line for online orders!
