Arrived with a mobile order to be picked up inside. The doors were locked so I got in the drive thru. Waited 45 mins total before I received my order.

It’s been a minute but I felt I should update my review!! Came in during peak lunch hour. They were very under staffed but the food was still really good!! Even when another customer complained the staff handled it with dignity and respect!! It could have escalated for sure. Whoever is managing this location, just make sure there’s enough staff here during peak hours.

I made a mobile order, and have been sitting at the drive thru window for a good 10 minutes, still no food! Long line of other customers behind me! We were given our drinks but no explanation as for why it is taking so long! Not pulling us forward to keep the line moving either! Probably my last time visiting this store!

I’ve been visiting this Taco Bell regularly since 2009, and for many years it was one of my favorite locations. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill since the corporate takeover.

The lobby now closes early, even during hours when customers expect dine-in service. This is frustrating, especially for long-time customers who prefer to eat inside. On top of that, the overall service quality has noticeably declined—slower service, less consistency, and a lack of the customer care this location used to be known for.

This Taco Bell used to feel welcoming and reliable. Now it often feels rushed and poorly managed. I truly hope corporate leadership takes feedback seriously and brings this location back to the standard it once had, because it used to be a great store and I’d love to continue supporting it.

This used to be a well managed location, but the wait time is RIDICULOUS! 30 minutes from the time I checked in with my mobile order! They didn't even have to take my order! And since when do they move cars up?! You're supposed to be making MY order first. I didn't even get my drinks before being asked to move up! If you have a choice - go somewhere else! 🤬🤬🤬

I just left here. 11/24 at 6pm. I ordered a taco with side sour cream. At the window I was told to pull up and wait at the curb for the taco. ??? I asked for a utensil. They only had forks. Instead of the employee just handing me the utensil she said it would be in my bag. I knew it wouldn't have been. I was not even given a receipt. Yet, I hear this same employee barking orders to the other employees. After waiting awhile, here comes the same employee with my bag. With no fork. Ugh!!!!!!! So aggravating. Before you be barking out your orders to the other staff, get your own self together. So aggravating

Antwan is the goat when it comes to the manager! I only come when he is there because he cares about his employees and staff. He runs an organized staff and they all follow his lead! We need more managers like Antwan!

Went through the drive thru and the poor employee was working by herself. Not only was she very nice, she got my order correct and gave me napkins. Other places don’t do this. So you people that are complaining, it’s on the owner’s and not the employees.

After 2 recent bad burger experiences, I went to Taco Bell. Ordered the Chicken Enchilada Burrito and the Chicken Flatbread Melt from the Value Menu. Both were Great. Tasty with a little heat. All for less than $6.

I went to the Stockbridge, GA Taco Bell at about 10:30 am on Friday, Oct. 30, 2025. I'm not experienced using the kiosks inside restaurants for ordering, and the gentleman at the front counter was so patient and helpful. Just a really nice person. Thank you so much, kind sir! Food was excellent, too. Also, the ladies' room was very clean. This Taco Bell is a hidden gem among all the other nearby restaurants and traffic! Great experience, and I will be back.
