Previously, the service with the hispanic staff was fast and friendly... now I don't recommend this place because the new staff isn't interested in customer service.

We came to Taco Bell for happy hour, just trying to grab some slushies for my kids after school. What we got instead? A total disaster.
We placed our order at the kiosk — no excuses, no complicated request. Just slushies. Simple. But we ended up waiting over 30 minutes. The cups were there. The slushy machine was clearly working. But no lids, no urgency, and apparently no customer service.
Meanwhile, the staff stood around chatting like they were on break. Not one person acknowledged us. No updates, no apologies — just rude attitudes and eye rolls like we were a problem for daring to use the kiosk like we’re supposed to.
I’ve had better service at a DMV. Honestly, this wasn’t Taco Bell — it was straight-up Taco Hell. If you enjoy waiting forever while being ignored, this location’s got you covered.
Stay away from this location. They have issues staffing properly which leads to long wait times for uncomplicated orders. They close their dining area often. If you come here stay in the drive through, but I would recommend dining elsewhere.
Whenever I asked for beans(no beef)this people acts like they understood and when I got my food they put beef inside,I had multiple time this experience and their price and charge hard to understand for same things ( different people ring up different ways)

The drive thru person didn't hear what I said. So the manager was being very rude. They did not read back what i said when I clearly said the loco taco meal regular not supreme. I can understand anyone can mess up but to be Rude was uncalled for. I will not come back and will not recommend. Being my first time coming

Vegetarian options: Asked for no dairy as there is an allergy to dairy in ths household ordered that way so there wouldn't be dairy. Still received all items with dairy on them.

My taco bell in Lithonia kinda isn't great, my food always seems old and cold, so i started searching if all tacos bells are like this, but seeing the reviews for this store, made me leave a five star, because y'all are on it!! Much respect

I just came from Taco Bell at Eagles Landing and had the worst experience. It’s late I’m just getting home and ordered food for my daughter and I. I get home and realized they gave me the wrong order and immediately went back. Mind you I’m tired and it is storming outside. I get back to the drive through and tell them they gave me the wrong order and they were instantly rude to me. They asked me if I had the food with me, how long ago was my order, how much did I pay, etc. this was all through the speaker. When I got to the window they still kept repeating the wrong order. I asked them if they could make over my whole order which was 2 meals because at this point now 30 minutes passed and I did not want to eat cold food. They refused because they stated the only had one of the meals wrong and I should’ve ate the other one. They expected me to sit and eat my meal in front of my daughter and then I guess come back so they could fix the other order after? The person at the window stated he was the manager. I asked him for the number to customer service since it was not posted on the establishment and an employee standing behind him (being the manager) to the manager that there is no number to customer service because they are a franchise. I requested a refund, which they finally provided, I wasted at this point almost an hour of my time to still not have any food. This is unacceptable to live in a neighborhood and have such poor customer service at your local business. These fast food restaurants get away with horrible service. I will not patronize this restaurant in the future.
