Worst customer service experience ever, ordered tacos said no lettuce, they came with lettuce and I sent them back to the kitchen for remake. They brought them back with the lettuce picked out 😞. I couldn't believe it. The manager got mad at us for making a complaint and told us to never come back. Also said that they couldn't give us the owners name. I feel like the customer service was a big downfall for this place. Definitely have never went back! Not sure if it's still open or not.

Okay I love Taco Mac the only reason I'm even giving them a three is because the manager was very kind I ordered two different style of wings and a side salad when I came there I had a gift certificate or shall I say a gift card given to me by someone as a present it would not accept my gift card the machine would not accept my gift card the manager was called up to try it again so then he informs me that the store is going to be changing over to a different kind of store soon and they must have kicked the gift card out of the system so I'm left to figure out if I want to spend over 30 bucks when I came in there just to spend $6 so he decided that he would give me the whole thing for half price that was a good solution as far as I was concerned I still spent more than I wanted to but I got to keep my gift card. So when I get home I realize that the wings I ordered wet were the voodoo wings and the lemon pepper wings the voodoo wings were not wet the lemon pepper wings look like they had no pepper on them at all and then when I tasted them they tasted like plain regular wings so I had to spice them up myself so I guess with him saying that they're supposed to be closing soon or changing over to another restaurant their food is not really that great at least the wings that I ordered weren't but the manager was nice and I thank him for his kindness and understanding that there's not that many taco Macs in the area where I live and it took me 40 minutes to get there so I was glad he had some sort of solution that I could agree with

Don't waste your mmoney. 5th time there and food was dry. Wings were cooked to Hades and back. Dirty tabkes; staff does not care about anything but talking. Shut it down.

Would love for a remodel. My meal was great but the others in my party not so much. However, management dealt with it beautifully! For that reason I would go again.

My 1st time going. Cause I'm new to the city (2 weeks). The young lady and man at the front station were absolutely wonderful! They greeted me..I told them that it was my 1st time there and what do they recommend... the young lady said "the wings" so that's what I got. Lemon pepper (dry). They were awesome... fresh, nice sized wings... and the lemon pepper was just right! Also got some fries, hot and fresh as well. KUDOS TO YOU TACO MAC!!! I will be returning ?

Horrible I ordered a peachtree burger via doordash and this is what I recieved. The meat is burnt inedible and small and had old bread stuck to it looks like they took the meat off another burger and heat it and put on mine because the buns on my bread doesnt have any missing bread on it but enough lettuce you'd think it was a salad plus a huge pickle on it instead of the round pickles. The beans was half full just disgusting.

Was very impressed with the food at Taco Mac! The food was all amazing! A tad on the pricey side, but with everything going up in price it’s to be expected. The establishment could use an update and a good cleaning, our booth seats had big holes and the doors were gross and just needed a good glass cleaner applied. Over all would go back just for the amazing food!

Ordered online Friday for my family. The timing for the order pickup was good. I ordered the chicken tinga tacos, which did not taste like chicken tinga at all. My fiancé ordered the Cuban sandwich which had little meat but it was okay. My daughter got a burger with broccoli. She ordered mustard with it but the burger came dry. Overall the food was okay. Not authentic for sure. Probably will not order again from here.
