Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I love Tropical Cafe, and have never had a bad experience at any of their locations... I use to always get the hummus bowl, its since become a wrap and I like it better that way honestly! And that dang Avocalotta smoothie sings to my soul!!!
The price is perfect and the staff always pleasant. The ladies on shift when I came were welcoming and efficient!
The young lady at the counter was super sweet, full on smile and so welcoming. She greeted everyone with the same kindness. I actually wnt to go back and get her name just so I can shout her out properly :)

Wow an employed thought I was someone else in the middle of the cashier speaking with me she rudely made a comment to the cashier.Have her right up a bad review for leaving at her ranch.Referring to me and I told her.I haven't left a bad review about a missing ranch, but I would make sure to put a bad google review in now.Because if someone did that and this is how they approach people.And this establishment that is very much a shame

I used to go to Smoothie King to get my açaí bowls but now I only come here to get them, so worth it! 😋

I usually enjoy Tropical Smoothie, but the experience at this location has been disappointing. The Indian lady who usually works the cash register is consistently rude to the other staff. I always see her nitpicking with them, giving dirty looks, and avoiding helping when it’s busy, I can tell this makes the whole environment tense and unpleasant. It’s unprofessional to see someone in a customer facing business treat their team this way. I really hope management addresses this with the cashier, because it creates a negative atmosphere for both employees and customers.

I Love Tropical Smoothie Cafe and actually prefer them over any other smoothie shop but this location just does not meet the mark for me. Every time I order from here no matter the flavor, the smoothies are always bitter. I don't expect them to be supper sweet but they need to at least have some kind of flavor instead of being bitter. My last order was a island green and all l could taste as ginger.

Disheartened by the rude treatment I received by the cashier named Cheyenne. She argued back and forth when I looked at my receipt and noticed she placed an up charge for heavy granola instead of light granola. Instead of her just fixing it, she assertively told me that she heard me say heavy granola. It was such a scene that my husband had to jump in to explain that now we’re not just talking about granola, it has become disrespect towards the customer. To add insult to injury, she laughed and said “ just take your dollar back”. There was no manager there; I now want to speak to the OWNER. I frequently come to this place every Saturday-Sunday because I love their Chia Oatmeal bowl with LIGHT GRANOLA. This incident has caused me to never return again.

I Had a 10:30 am job interview scheduled for this place in Stockbridge this morning. I walked in and was told “oh no we don’t have any opening the manager was supposed to call to cancel all scheduled interviews” (My belief is when I walked in a they saw my black skin was the reason that I was lied to) I’m a college student that’s just trying to find some work.

The worst fruit bowl I’ve ever had. All I wanted was pineapple and strawberries and this is what it looked like. Very little fruit and the Açaí was frozen solid.

I got the chia banana boost and it instantly gave me a headache. I made some research and it appears this smoothie has 95 grams of sugar. Thats a huge 👎🏼. This shouldnt even be on the menu. This is unhealthy and unsafe. I wont be returning to a tropical smoothie.

I placed an order on July 19.
Online I had curve side pick up waited for 20min to come in and them to tell me my order was given away to someone else so I had to to way again.

I had the Caribbean Jerk Chicken Wrap and the Avocolada smoothie. The two were very complimentary of each other.
