I enjoy Tropical smoothie and always stop when I see one. It’s unfortunate that this location turned away MANY people on flip flop day because they wore crocs-myself included. I, like many others were under the impression that crocs fell under the umbrella of flip flop/sandals. I believe it to be bad business to turn away potential new customers. They should’ve honored crocs or any form of flip flop/sandals. Do better!

They older ladies in their are very bitter and they treat the workers like trash. If this location wasn’t so convenient i wouldn’t come here but here i am lol but yea them older Indian ladies need to learn to be better to their workers. Your food will be done right and the smoothies is good but the vibes of the store are tense if you care.

DO NOT go to this location EVERY single time I go here my smoothie Always taste watered down. This hasn’t happened not 1 not 2 not even 3 times but EVERY SINGLE TIME. I ask for the same smoothie and If I ask for light ice and light water it will come out runny like juice but if I ask for light water they will just add more ice and it still has absolutely no taste and you just get a ice slushy. And this last time I went in there again I asked for light water, before the employee rung it up she stepped off to the side to ask her manager I’m assuming. Then came back and rung me up. Again I received an ice slushy with no flavor and you can see it because the color was off it looked white. And what kills me is you can see employees in the back drinking smoothies and I KNOW their smoothie is not watered down. I’m so over it. I’ve been going to Tropical Smoothie different locations around the city since 2017 and this is the WORST one.

This location has fallen off. The quality of food is not great. Can't wait for the one in McDonough on 20 to open!!

Good food, but clearly states on their website that this location offers Curbside and even allows you to choose Curbside when ordering, making you choose the make and color of your car. However, when I called, not only was my order not ready, they said they don't offer curbside and they'll sit in on some table outside. Unacceptable.

Got a bowl from here today, and the bowl was fine, as-well as the pickup was smooth and quick. Though, as i ate my bowl i realized it was hair in it. resulting in me having to throw it away. I know some may come to the assumption that it is my hair, as my hair is red and tied back now i am quite sure that is it not mine. Ensuring your workers wear hairnets to prevent this from occurring should be top priority.

I have came to this location several times but after a couple of incorrect orders. I do not recommend going here as they will not remake or refund to correct the orders. The ask you to come back when the manager is there. She is never on site and now they stated will be in India for two months. The person on site today was very rude and stated no one else can do anything about it

My go to is the Detox Island Green. It’s very refreshing and tastes good! The Açaí bowls are delicious as well. I haven’t been going here long, but will try more items. Oh, the peanut butter banana wrap is good too. I like the variety and the prices seem competitive. Not too much customer service. I’m usually not greeted when I walk in.

This has got to be one of the worst experiences I’ve encountered. Normally there are no issues with the Eagles landing location but on last Thursday Oct 31 I ordered an Açaí bowl through DoorDash.. Once I received it I immediately called and complained but there wasn’t a manager in so I left my name & phone number and they said a manager would be in @4 on Friday. I called No manager & No call!
Saturday came No manager she will be in after 4..now it’s Monday morning No manager she will be in @4 Monday after 5 I called still No manage! So tell me what company NEVER have a manager on duty!!!

I visited this location for the newly advertised Bahama Mama bowl. Instead I got nasty attitude and substandard service from Ashley with the teeth. When I walked in she was gossiping almost bragging how they had been rude to a different customer. The other little girl with glasses was eating chips behind the counter and texting on her phone. Ashley is the worst employee there. Not only did she not take my order with care, her attitude shows she doesn't care. She was too lazy to show me the bowl size, too lazy to answer a question when I was trying to tap to pay and too rude to stop texting while in the midst of taking my order. I mean seriously the manager hasn't fired her yet and I don't know why. I'm NEVER returning here. The last review with the honey was about her as well. Let's just start over with new employees. So embarrassing that this place could actually do better. I should have checked the star rating before visiting. Every other Tropical Smoothie is stellar. What is going on here? Then two weeks later still no response from corporate after complaining. This store should be closed for a new and better owner and staff.

I made an online order at the eagles landing location. The smoothies were horrible to say the least no taste just water,they can never get anything right at this location. I’m giving one star because I have to,never again??.

I asked for a bahama mama extra honey, i said not too much honey but a little more then what yall normally put, i got my stuff the first time it was just a regular bowl so i asked if i could just get a lil more honey ….. they took it with a attitude then she literally squeezed so hard on the honey bottle tryna bet petty to the point where it literally busted open and all the honey spilled in my stuff so she tried it to clean the Round of the bowl with a rag then took my bowl over to the trash and and tried to dig the honey out with a spoon put it was still just overly too much honey plus some of my fruit fell in the trash and all the coconut as u can see! I asked for a refund and stated that ik this not how it’s supposed to look like the older lady gonna say well you asked for extra honey?.

Banu is a horrible owner. CUSTOMERS need to be aware that they are reusing blenders, the flies are everywhere in the back of house, on top of that their plumbing comes up through the floors and it stinks so bad they have to shut the water off. They treat employees like trash as well as customers. I've heard several customers complaining about the employees. My favorite employee was fired recently. Not to mention they have chronic roaches in the kitchen. Just..... don't choose this location.

I have been getting smoothies/food from this location for 3-4 years now. Never had a bad attitude or problem with them before. Last 2 year I started ordering off the app, today I ordered food and was missing food. Contact Doordash then contact the location in Stockbridge. Calling this location the lady that answered the phone had a nasty attitude plus a lady in the background. They told me they couldn't do anything for me with no remorse. I called back to ask for corporate contact information, they do not keep that information in the store. They told me to Google it.

I googled it and have reported this because I am highly disappointed as a customer that spends minimum of $40 each purchase several times a week because I order from my whole office. I am currently waiting to see what corporate has to say.

Do not expect customer satisfaction at this location..

As I was picking my food up I saw one of the workers who was handling food texting on her phone several times with her gloves on and never changing her gloves before touching the food afterwards. She also had her phone tucked between her tights! Great way to get people sick!
