Restaurant was not busy but employees were busy catching up. Once food came out the eggs were crunchy & full of shells! They all had to discuss whether or not to remake my order? I just canceled it and left! Disappointed because this is normally the best location!

This Waffle House has great people that do great service. I tipped both the cook and my server and told them I like this place and will come back.

Man, when I tell you'll I came from the southside of town and dined here, and it was excellent. The service was everything 🙌🏿. The manager, Anika bka K/Kay, made the entire workplace a vibe. Not only for her workers but also for the customers. I loved her energy and how she boosted her staff with nothing but positiveness. The morale in this place was at its high.
2nd, my waitress was awesome. Ms. Mandy deserves a raise. She was on point, and a step wasn't missed. She checked on me more than I could count, and it wasn't overbearing. She even covered my food when I stepped away to the restroom.
Lastly, my food was hot off the grill and to my standard.
10/10 all around

My daughter and her husband went to buy food for the family and had to return it bc it was cold and they forgot some of the items that he ordered. They were in there playing and was upset because we brought the food back and they had a very nasty attitude because of it. What was so disgusting about this situation was that the supervisor was in there playing with the other employees like she was on something. That’s not acceptable at all. This is a place of business but I’ll never retire to this establishment again

Do no go to this Waffle House the staff is rude and unprofessional and will not want to do their job with out an attitude the manager has a napoleon complex if you go into this location be prepared because they will test your patience and self control

We have frequented this particular Waffle House for years and very, very rarely have we ever been dissatisfied but after today we probably won't be back. While the food was very good, the prices are continuing to rise due to inflation, I'm sure.
We can accept that but today as we were seated the waitress started to hand us menus before cleaning the obviously filthy table. Additionally we, as well as others, had to practically shout to be heard over the music that was BLARING for the benefit of the staff. When we asked for the music to be turned down so we could carry on a conversation, we were told the jukebox volume is not adjustable. We'll be patronizing other restaurants from now on.

This has got to be the worse Waffle House in America. The service is absolutely horrible and the customer service is even worse. Will not even share the experience due to having a few bad ones. I will not ever visit again!
Incorrect order after online order placed. Ordered eggs scrambled with cheese. No cheese and I complained so they took eggs from plate, placed back into skillet, added slice of cheese to recook. That causes overcooked eggs that's dried out. My hashbrowns that I ordered wasn't even there. I could go on and on with this bum restaurant. The employees were even arguing amongst themselves.

If I could give this Waffle House no stars I would. My husband placed an order online paid online we get to the restaurant and the order was not ready and when he did get the order the order was wrong. When he mentioned this to the lady she took the eggs off the plate and placed it in a pan put a piece of cheese on it and tried to give it back he told her no because that's not how he asked for his eggs to be cooked he paid for a certain way and that wasn't it. With other food still missing and the food not ready he asked for a refund. She told him since he ordered online that he would have to call their corporate office. Now with this being a Sunday the corporate office was closed. I'm trying to understand what is the problem with simply getting a refund when your employees are the problem. Smh Waffle House on Hwy 42 in Stockbridge is not it at all.
My food was cold, and they brought each item out one at a time. Also, the server asked what her tip would be after horrible service.

Ordered tonight 09/01/2024 from the pickup window. I told the waiter no cheese on the burger got it back with cheese after waiting for 35 mins for the order. I also ordered a order of hash brown that I didn’t receive please get the lady from the window if she can’t comprehend I hate to order, pay my hard earned money and the order is completely wrong. What’s wrong with you people?!

Amazing people here yummy food, I love the small town feel here. It reminds me of being little and eating here with my grandmother. Stop here and stuff your face
