Walked in around 8:10... no one waited on us. they sat there talking and then walked to theback... we walked out after 8 minutes! This whole town is bad with there service!! WE WON'T BE BACK!

I walked in the at the establishment at 11:15 I was not acknowledged until 11: 20. When the cashier decided to acknowledge me I was asked was " I doing takeout" and I said "Yes." Then she turned away and I waited about another 2 mins before I decided to walk out. These new generation of emerging customer service applicants / new hires needs extensive customer training.

Love waffle house when I can get it. The last three times I've visited this particular location, at different times, but still when they are the only restaurant open, they are always "closed for cleaning" or some other excuse. If it was around the same time every time, I could understand and would know not to try it at that time, but instead, I waste a trip and go home hungry after working all night. Sounds more like they use this as a blanket excuse to not work whenever it's slow or they don't feel like it. Maybe it's just the late night/early morning crew. I'll have to try it during the day and see.

All of our food was basically burnt, the bacon, the city ham, the hash brown were crispy and even the toast! Not only that, but they charged us a to go fee and had the nerve to ask for a tip, ummmm no ma'am! The woman at the register was rude AF, no greeting, just what do you want! Then, had the audacity to look annoyed. Ma'am you chose to work there!

Another good experience at this waffle house with the service and the food. The only reason service wasn't a 5 star was the fact you can't call in a togo order. I understand a mid morning when they're probably slammed but at 6 630 am there's hardly anybody in there but they have to do what they have too so I get it. The service inside was great all the staff was friendly and up beat and the food was good. Keep up the good work!!! There's a couple waffle houses that could learn from you guys!

The waiter was awesome, but the cook seemed like he was constantly confused. I asked for eggs scrambled with cheese, he forgot the cheese. We asked for two waffles, one normal, one dark. He heard three waffles, normal, dark, and light somehow. He was corrected immediately by the waiter, then still brought out one light waffle and one normal. The waiter had to go back and make the dark one himself. We left our waiter a great tip because he was funny and did a good job, but be prepared to send food back to have it fixed because of the cook. We were the only ones there, so we know he didn't just confuse our ticket with anyone else's.
