The air conditioning at this location is not properly maintained. The store faces the evening sun, so the lack of proper HVAC is even more unbearable.

We ordered, and went to wash hands. We came back to flies sitting on the food. That was dismissed after being mentioned.... then we noticed the waffles were weird shapes because they weren't completely filled before cooking. The triple hashbrown was actually a double, strangely chewy, and had remainders of old food cooked into it. We were never asked about a drink. Then security comes on an overhead speaker asking if they are ok...... was weird because it was me, a toddler, and another gentlemen across the way that just happened to be black. He got up and left. I feel a little triggered by security mysteriously asking about safety at that point. On top of it, the AC was BROKEN. Never again.

On May 23, 2025 As Me and my 2 sons and Brother walked in the door a little after 11pm there was other people seated waiting to be served when we went to grab a clean table we was told that inside was closed by the cook. So we proceed to our Dee at the register. While we waited on our food 3 other female walked in the restaurant and grab a clean clean table O waited to see if the was going to get the same response that the inside was closed that never happened the same person who took our order went and served them that was seated. Apparently the door locks on it’s on at 12am. The staff was laughing and seemed very happy that those that were pulling at the door couldn’t get in because it was locked. I would not recommend anyone that is hungry after 11pm to visit this restaurant if the same staff is working.
