Since when is Waffle House to go only at 8:30 at night? Completely empty restaurant with 3 employees that refused us service s they played on their phones and said we are to go only. No problem Waffle House, I’m going to go elsewhere!

What a pleasant experience dining in at this Waffle House. It’s actually my favorite one in McDonough. So if you have a taste for it, drop by and see OG X. Normally love Waffle House. This visit sucked. Cold grits, no offer to replace. Wrong orders. Scrambled eggs looks like the forgot to scramble and chopped up fried eggs. Cold eggs. Mo butter, syrup or jelly. No drink refillsWaffle great

Absolutely ridiculous. Placed an order online 35 mins ago and they still haven’t started making my food. I asked for a refund and they said no one could do it but the manager and they aren’t here right now. A lot of people walking around not doing they jobs do better Waffle

They’re alright but they are NEVER opened 24 hours. If you’re trying to order before work between 5-6 am they are never open. They say they’re cleaning but everyone is sitting most mornings. I came today at 6am and was told they don’t open today until 7am. Wow! Just wow! So I guess maybe they open from 7am until the late shift comes on. Food is pretty good most times but don’t count on them to be open 24 hours because that’s false advertising. And they close down for more than an hour for cleaning.

Unprofessional as hell. I received an email saying I’m invited to an interview at 1:00pm at this location. Maybe about an hr from the time of the interview I receive a call confirming the interview and I confirm, so I continue getting ready to later show up. After arriving and stating I was there for an interview, I was told by some older thin white woman to take a seat and that they’ll be right with me. Mind you, I showed up in a hoodie because it’s cold and leggings that weren’t revealing. After sitting for a couple minutes she asks how far away I stay and I tell her, just for her to tell me to go home and change into something professional then come back. Neither the email nor call mentioned ANYTHING about attire, which you would think if it was that serious they would mention it beforehand. Nevertheless, I can understand so I ask would black pants and a black shirt be okay with some slip resistant shoes. She then proceeds to say “whatever you think is professional”…if INTERVIEW attire for WAFFLE HOUSE of all jobs is THAT serious, proper attire should be advised beforehand via call or email, or should at least be specified upon asking such as I did, not just “whatever you think is professional”. That interaction alone showed people like me aren’t welcome there. Wish potential employees received the same 5 star service these customers received.

I just want to give all credit to the whole staff Sabrina,Jalaia,malachi and perry and Mrs Vee they were so welcoming the service was past greatness the food was up fast and because of the service I tipped them accordingly I wish I could have gave more than $20 dollars tip due to the great service received you have a great team after 1 am they deserve all the praise because they make sure that the customers receive quality service thank thank you all at Hudson Bridge Rd Waffle house for making your customers feel at home keep up the good work...

Went to the one on Hudson Bridge across from the Kroger. Was waited on by Heather. 5 stars for her. Excellent service. I took away 1 star because the white in my over medium eggs was not set. Overall, a pleasant eating experience.
