6/23/2024 Some of the waffles were half done, missing items , ordered multiple double waffles and only received 2 orders of double waffles unacceptable service from this location
6/24/2024 (UPDATE) so I spoke with Calvin the manager of this location this morning and he made sure everything was in order from my previous order placed on 6/23/2024 Calvin was professional and handled the situation with perfection, spoke with another manager around noontime also today I can’t recall her name but she was amazing too I made up in my mind that I would no longer spend my money at Waffle House anymore but if I did I would go to a different location but after speaking with the managers I’ve reconsidered due to the well spoken and uplifting management and customer service today, they made sure everything was fixed so guys if you have problems just be patience they have a wonderful management team in place that will help make everything right

Antonio is the most diligent and consistent person in this Waffle House! My guy always has good energy and customer courtesy, and always cooks damn good pork chop.

Man I been to Waffle House for years and nobody has ever cooked as well as Antonio. He ensures he gets my order right to the tea as well as getting the order completed in a timely manner. This is the only Waffle House I go to !

My granddaughter and I were visiting friends and stopped to this Waffle House. I was so pleased and thankful with the special omelet that Antonio made for me. I am an older lady and wanted a gouda cheese omelet with my Waffle House steak. Antonio didn't bat an eye or hesitate when I came in with my own cheese and asked if they could make the omelet for me. Thank you Antonio for indulging an old lady.

I’ve placed several online orders at this location, as it sits just outside of our subdivision, and we’ve never had a problem with the service before tonight. That being said, the guy doing your cooking has a demeanor and attitude that can best be described as the inmate who’s been given the job of cooking for the other prisoners. He was very, unnecessarily rude and began yelling and pointing towards the door saying that he didn’t care if I had placed my order 30 minutes ago, I was gonna have to wait. When I asked the server taking the orders for a refund, he spun around again and yelled that I can go online and request a refund. When I asked if there was a manager available he yelled that she’d be in at 7am. I’ve terminated employees in my stores who exhibit this level of unprofessional behavior, and I chose not to match his energy. But please send this guy to a store that’s located somewhere that appreciates this type of service. I’ll be sure to tell all of our neighbors to drive a little further to a different location to avoid this lack of customer service.

1st time visiting this location and was pleasantly surprised. Most of the others in the area are VERY hit-or-miss, to be honest. This particular spot was very clean, and customer service was very attentive. Just about as good as it gets regarding Waffle House.Only minor complaint is that my "well done" double hashbrown wasn't very well done at all, but was still mostly edible. I will definitely be back.
