I wish I could give a negative star . I was in thr driver thru for a very long time. But I'm from out of town and wanted a meal during a break for my sons basketball tournament. Once I finally pulled around to get my food the young lady at the window was leaning out the drive thru window hitting a pan on the GROUND!!! It looked like the pan that could have had cookies on it possibly idk! But I was so grossed out!! I didn't eat the food and was highly disappointed . Not only that but half the staff on chillin on their phone with air pods in and the drive thru was backed up. This place needed to be shut down ASAP . I rarely leave bad reviews but I had no choice . Close the doors immediately.

Terrible management. Ms Jasmine is a terrible manager. Had an issue at one of her locations and to make it right she offers me a free drink if I come to this Hwy 138 location. Seriously?!? Drive 30 minutes to get a free drink. I completely understand why her locations are as bad as they are. Poor customer service starts at the top.

On Saturday 2/22/25, I pulled into the drive through to place an order. I was advised by the cashier that she would be with me shortly. After sitting for about 5 minutes and hearing other drivers behind me yelling, "Come on!" I asked, " Excuse me." And was told, again, "I will be with you shortly." I was fed up with waiting so long to order a burger that I drove away at that point. Wendy's at this location needs to "fine tune" the quickness with which they're drive through employees take orders from customers.

Do not go to Wendy's on 138 in Stockbrodge GA. They can't get the order right, not only that but they gave me a nasty dried out burger that looks like it was sitting there for an hour, dried out with nothing on it. Absolutely horrible. Never again! Didn't find out until I got home or i would have taken it back.

Do not do Uber eats from this place had 3 drivers give up and leave 4th one was on the way called earlier find out what's going on girl had a attitude on the phone then another guy picked up said rhey didn't have my order then other guy said waiting on the frys to come up the 3rd driver gets there I call a guy at the store said tge order already left no the guy is outside waiting im waiting on the phone the wendys worker comes back on the phone with a attitude saying I had to call wendys get refunded then place the order again then hangs up on me then it showed another delivery driver get there then my order is canceled I been dealing with this since 156pm today 🙄 its now 327pm

The girl at the drive through window around 9 AM on 11/26/24 was the rudest I've encountered in years! My order was screwed up & I was charged for an item I didn't order. The drive through had literally everywhere (even around the window)! I will never stop there again

It’s not very often that I go to a fast food restaurant and have a great experience all around. There’s usually something that’s off, whether it be the food wasn’t fresh but customer service was pretty good or customer service is trash and the food is ok. But today, my kids and I ate inside. Now, we’ve eaten from this Wendy’s before and it was ehhh…but today, the food was so fresh and GOOD, and the customer service was exceptional! And I am always surprised and very grateful when I receive exceptional customer service from somewhere because nowadays it’s rare. The restaurant was also clean inside. I know a lot of people are quick to leave bad reviews but I had to take the time out to leave this good one. I want to shoutout the woman who took our order and packed our food. Her name is Sheriah. She was amazing! Kudos to her!

If you don’t have some food items, inform customers of what you do have and allow them to choose if they want to order. Laughing, being unprofessional, and downright rude is not the way. I sat in the drive thru for 20+ minutes only to have to just drive around and to not be greeted or thanked. This was my first visit to this location and my last due to the inability to care by the staff for the job they have nor the customers that help to keep the profit margin up enough for them to continue to work. IF you lack the general knowledge of what it means to serve, find you something else to do. Whoever the owner is of this location may want to re-evaluate the manner in which their business is run. No fries, frosty, tomatoes, etc...is wild. And even still, I was there for nuggets and was still treated like crap. Do better.
