Made an online order for dinner, when we got there it wasn't ready. That's fine, they were busy I get it. But...after standing there for 10mins we finally got asked if we had ordered. Told them it was online and they had never looked at it. Another 15min later she came and said your order is ready we are just waiting on a sandwich. So another 10mins she brings the food and everything is cold except the one sandwich. I say something and they were willing to remake it but would have had to wait another 20 mins for them to drop more food. It was horrible!! Something is always wrong when I go here.

I would give this place zero star if I can. This is the first time I have seen a fast food restaurant doing something like this.This was 3/30/2024 Saturday night 8pm. The cashier job must be really miserable.I was standing in front the order counter trying to order. I thought I was being patient, waiting for the staff to finish whatever she was doing. After standing there over 5 minutes with silence. This young lady next to counter just completely ignored me. No acknowledgement whatsoever. Not even the eye contact. Keeps on packing food. Not a single word.I thought maybe this isn't the cashier. Am I supposed to engage first to order the food? I said hello. Well, there comes the silent treatment. I waved hi, nothing. Okay, they don't get the signs? Is this not the cashier or what? Another person supposed to take the order? If not the cashier, shouldn't she be calling someone over? No one in the order station isn't acceptable. If Wendy doesn't want staffs to engage with customers, probably install order kiosk.Well that was so rude, so I just left the place didn't said anything, no point getting in arguments. I know I am the little guy, guess they will survive without my business.

Kamaree...very courteous customer service w a smile ?!Keep up the good work young lady...Chili was just right! ?However...The lobby floors were sticky near register and drink areas... so was the theHi-boy table.Can use more cleaning and sanitizing. Covid is still present lets think clean, be cleaner because its a restaurant and food should be safe.Overall I give 4 stars so make sure cleaning is a priority Mgrs.????

I never write reviews, but I’m making this review right now because todayTuesday December 26 at 2 PM I witnessed a Wendy’s employee, taking a photo of a customer behind this is totally fine. I seen it with my own eyes and I didn’t want to speak up about it. If you are a manager or the owner of this franchise, please run the tapes on that day exactly around 2 PM

I'm not sure if this was Griffin, GA, or Stockbridge. Both are really expensive. The one I'm reviewing is the Griffin store. Horrible service, and they only guide you to a kiosk to order or use drive-thru. For the prices they charge, the number of times they get the order wrong and the kiosk themselves, absolutely not worth it. They make you the cashier, but prices are super high, and orders are often wrong.

I ordered Chili last night from this location. I will say it was very flavorful, however, the meat in it was extremely scarce. We got a cup of beans. I asked my husband did his have any meat and he said the same thing, very little meat but beans plentiful. If they would add just as much meat as the do the beans, it would be worth it to buy.
