This Wendy’s is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! The customer service given too by Carlton is unacceptable. He said they only had a select few items, after agreeing to those select few items *chicken nuggets and fries* he came back and said they were closed. They were NOT closed. I asked what time they closed he said now. On weekends that establishment doesn’t close until 1am and I was there about 35-40min earlier than that. I asked for his name or the general managers name and he refused to give me either. The only reason I know his name is because I was able to receive it from a different location down the street after showing his picture. Someone should tell him they wear name tags for a reason. After driving around to the window I see food sitting out which is I’m guessing the food they planned on passing out to customers until it was finished. I noticed a low health score and I’m guessing that’s one of the reasons why. I did take a picture of him but I will not post it on here. I will be contacting corporate and the FDA regarding mis-management of food. I will never go there again.

The manager on tonight’s shift was absolutely rude, incompetent, & inconsiderate. 1/2 of the menu was not available neither was the customer service. If you’d like to ask any questions to the manager Jayda , Jada, or Jaida she well slam the door and you and lock it while talking crazy in from of her employees . This furthers the culture of bad customer service at local fast food restaurants. I absolutely do not recommend this place and will certainly be following up with corporate about the customer service job the she chose to apply for and they hired her for.

Went here for dinner tonight paid $22 dollars just to get home and realized the homestyle chicken sandwiches for BOTH my husband and I were under cooked. We ended up throwing $22 in the trash. They don’t have to worry about getting my money again.

Worst experience ever! The he/she is nothing like the other manager that was working there! (The other manager that works during the day is always nice and pleasant, unlike it) Well the young lady at the drive thru was apparently too busy playing with her phone, which is why my order was rung up incorrectly. Then when I bring this to the worker's attention, the manager comes over to the window to pass me condiments, all while looking mean! I wonder what he/she hoped to accomplish by doing that...besides this horrible review!! The customer service and customer care at this location has gone down, rapidly! My food was lukewarm and honestly after the experience, I no longer had a taste for it! The service and employees are now just as horrible as their sister location just a few red lights down! Don't waste your time! Go across the street to McDonald's!!

The manager at this location has the worst customer service and attitude I’ve ever seen in my life. Not only did they take my order wrong, but wanted to argue with me about giving me the wrong order, even though they took it wrong and gave me something different than what they took. She/he didn’t wanna correct my order. Started arguing saying they’re the one who bagged it when I was holding the bag up, showing them exactly what I got. Then wanted to go back-and-forth with me whether or not they’re a male or female like I actually give a damn when I’m trying to order food. The only thing they got from me was southern politeness you’re gonna get yes ma’am, yes sir no ma’am no sir no matter who I’m speaking to. Refused to give me their name and didn’t wanna give me a refund end up stealing five dollars from the refund and only gave me back $11. If your associates or managers care that their pronouns are correct, then you guys should add the pronouns to the nameplate. Also, it should be a requirement that you wear a nameplate or at least be polite enough to give your name when request. The place is already nasty with the 80 Health score. Save your time and your money.

If I could give zero stars I would.. I should have known when I pulled up and I seen 2 employees outside that it would be a disaster. First I get to the speaker and I was put on hold. Once about 3-5 mins went by I said hello and was ignored. There was no one in front of me so I was confused on what the wait was. I pulled up to the window and I see a young girl on her phone, she looked at me and ran to the back giggling as if I didn’t see her. I just left and won’t be back

Went to get breakfast this morning. They were only accepting cash through drive thru. I should of drove away then knowing that. I went to get the $1 breakfast sandwiches they advertised on tv but they were 2 for $3 I ordered 4 sausage egg McMuffin since they were out of biscuits. They didn’t have egg on them and it was so cold and nasty. I took it right back up there and got my money back. There’s so many better fast food in area Don’t waste your time here they are rude and nasty food. They surely don’t care about customers there it shows they hate working there

Very rude. I’m traveling and was stopping for gas. I pulled in 15min before close. I’m not from here so I assumed they closed at 2 like home. I was told when a large order I need to tell them up front because they’re trying to go home. Will not be stopping there when coming back though.
