The white lady is nice but the manager is very disrespectful and plus they sold me some raw fries and and my meat was still pink. Nasty ass food .Y'all better choose the one down from this one.

Yesterday I ordered the Krabby Pattie meal around 11 last night. I went to go pickup my kids, got Homer, took a nap just to wake up vomiting and I had diarrhea and this situation is still going on. It would be wrong if sue yall cause I knew the little girl at the window was acting funny.

Stingiest Wendy's I've ever eaten at. Was my first visit and will be my last. Have the smallest baked potatoes I've ever gotten at a Wendy's it only took up like half the little container and was about three or four bites and then wanted to charge me for 1 extra butter and sour cream. Was out of everything almost in the freestyle machine except coke diet coke and Dr Pepper. I mean really how do you not have at least Sprite? Made up rules about the free Junior Frosty coupon from the Boo Book said you're not allowed to use more than one coupon per family per visit and since we use the kids meals coupon we weren't allowed to get these. I pointed out that nowhere on the coupon does it say anything about limits or can't be used with any other coupons and she said she didn't care that was the rules. Just go to the Wendy's down the street near Taco Bell in Stockbridge they are a lot nicer, better food and don't make up nonsense when they don't want to give you something that you paid for.

This location is pretty bad. I’ve had more than 5 bad experiences here and one recently maybe 3 weeks ago. I walk in and two girls are sitting there and asking me what do I need! What fo u think. Food. Why are yall even sitting in the lobby area. Asking from a distance. I said yall must be closed. She said no. I said then why you ask me what u did. You didn’t feel like working? Just rude tho.

I experienced very rude attitudes and unprofessional management at this location. I was told I could not choose another flavor for the new saucy nuggets as well as coming inside and being refused service and told to leave the restaurant for no legitimate reason. This was a very bad experience for me as a new customer.

The guy working the drive thru today 5/28/24 at about 6:35pm was very unprofessional. I’ve never seen someone be more unprofessional and show that they don’t care about the customer or customer satisfaction. He over charged me despite me having a discount code that he was fully aware of. He never even provided me with my receipt. He charged my care and I mention and he simple said ok well. So this location should definitely be more careful on this ignorance the hire to represent them.
