Horrible service just came at 5:15pm on a Thursday made me wait at speaker 10-15min didn’t even address me until I started saying hello thennn gave me a stale or uncooked tortilla for my chicken wrap I called few times after I saw it and he ain’t answer the phone because he know what he did!! I’ll be disputing the charges

Went through the drive-thru and ordered #1 single burger meal large with a pineapple-mango lemonade, #9- 4 count tenders meal large with pineapple lemonade. Chicken Blt large with pineapple-mango lemonade. When I got home and checked the bag,I got 2 jr sandwiches 1 chicken the other a burger and my 4count strip meal with 3 large fries and 2 jr fries. I tried calling no answer or option for voicemail.

So my 90 year old dad was wanting a Wendys Burger so me and my wife stop here . No one in the store but us we are counter wishing to order another customer comes in goes straight to the Kiosk which I am not used to I was absolutly lost - do you only orderthis way . Iam 69 yeaers old and old fashion , ,we finally got a order in gotour food - burgerand fries were cold my order was not right we asked for help heating our burger up the guy just rolled his eyes. . I remember goig into WENDYS and it was really good. I would rather eat a bolgna sandwich then ever go to Wndys again if this is how it is now. Hard to believe you pay for a staff just to take orders from a Kiosk , all you ould need is two people to run the store I really felt like I was just bothering them to put my order in

Five people behind the counter, nothing to do… I’m sent to the kiosk to order. Took 3 times as long for my fry and coke.
Makes no sense. I hate everything about the fast food experience these days. I keep saying I’m going to quit going, but for whatever reason still do.
I’ll just quit going to this location. Ridiculous.

We were given the wrong order twice. Went inside to return the second order and they went straight outside and handed it to the other person. Didn’t even check to see if everything was in there or not. Had to wait for them to remake order and just sitting there waiting you could see they are unorganized and have no leadership. Will not return.

This has to be the worst Wendy's. Takes forever to get your food and when you get it, it's cold. Let's not forget what you ordered is not what you get. The staff is rude and too busy talking to each other to take care of the customers. Will be contacting corporate about them. Would not feel bad if they closed down and put another chain in that spot.
The Worst! Slow even when no one is there! They made us type in our own orders even tho they were just standing around doing nothing. Waited 30+ mins for our food for 3 ppl & it was still cold! Fries were soggy & not salted. Chili was cold & the kids meal cheeseburger the cheese wasn't melted and it was a 1/2 of a piece!? They gave us Regular Nuggets instead of Spicy then told us it would be another 10 minutes. Then they were out of 2 separate dipping sauces... The fountain machine was running low on carbanation or something cause it was all flat. This place is just bad. Management is bad... The workers don't care or work half the time. This place has been just bad from the start of them being here unfortunately!

This location sucks!!! They had me wait 10 minutes for my order then it was the wrong order so I turned around they apologized had me wait another 5 minutes and this is what I received! The sausage patty and croissant are burnt, the egg has pink spots, the cheese looks like mayo and the potato wedges are so flat and hard they taste like the cardboard box they came in!!! I’m never eating Wendy’s again 🤢🤮
