The service is quick and my orders are consistently correct. We frequent this location due to convenience. I've only used the drive-thru.

Awful Customer service. Management is not helpful . I can not reach Customer service. I will never do business with Wendys Again. I'm over companies allow there staff to be disrespectful and ignorant with no repercussions. This is were we spend our money . For them to make money . Denver the Cashier. Or Rob the GM does not deserve to to work with the public. You can't reach Customer service. And they say they cant ive you the Area Manager number. Completely unexceptable .

This location is CONSTANTLY busy bc of the local and lack of surrounding drive thrus. I’ve NEVER had a mistake with my order. Two days ago, I went thru drive thru and everyone had the BEST vibe! Huge smiles and laughter all over the place! I came back to speak to a manager just to say ty for doing such a great job. The manager on duty was extremely professional and met me on my level. Human connection is sadly becoming less and less common in any business setting & I for one am extremely thankful to live so close to one the BEST wendys I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. I will continue to give them my money if they continue blowing their competition out of the water like this. If ANYONE who works in this location sees this, THANK YOU SO MUCH! You’re vibes are critical in times like this and I can’t wait to get hungry and come back!

Went to this location about 8:45 . For us to pay $24 for 2 dried out hamburgers and cold fries. The only thing worth it was the drinks! That’s sad!

A management change is desperately needed. I’ve given this location multiple chances and EVERY time I can almost predict the issues. One day they have no soda, 2 weeks later they’re out of Frosty’s and lettuce. The next week they don’t have sweet tea. Customer service leaves much to be desired. I go after work tonight and I pull up at 11:25pm and they’re closed…store hours are until midnight. Honestly, this is just sad when you’d rather go to Waffle House than Wendy’s.

Location is always out of something especially forks for the day but fails to mention that when you dine in
The customer service is horrible! They are supposed to close at 12am, however at 11pm they begin to close. When you pull up.to order, they hide to appear closed. Just horrible
All I have to say is never again!!!! I forgot I promised to never return to this location and I was hungry today and immediately regretted it yet again. My fries were literally drowning in the cheese from the cheese fries I ordered my kids fries and they were cold and salty. The food is disgusting. Save your money!! I would rather starve before eating here again.

Horrible service.. u would think with all the ppl hanging out in the drive thru somebody would do their job like they're supposed to. I NEVER get my full order. There's ALWAYS something missing. Drive thru worker dropped my food on the ground in the drive thru & elected me to pick it up & take it.
Ive been to a lot of wendys over the years. I order plain chicken sandwiches and nuggets at an empty drive thru tonight. They tell me to pull around the front. They give our food to some other customer, or so the young man tells me after 20 minute chill session in a drive thru that has now seen 5 cars come and go.
We get acknowledged after a while and get incorrect food. Its honestly wild. We went to waffle house. Probably not going to wendys anymore.

Desperately needs new management.. or any management for that matter. Couldnt even get food last time I was there. Waited for an eternity at the drive thru, nobody took my order for 10 minutes. I eventually just had to drive away.
The time before that, an employee barked at me for checking the bag to make sure I had everything before driving away. Genuinely terrible all around
The breakfast potatoes were hot and fresh but my croissant tasted doughy and was luke warm
Had me pull over to the other side of the store while in the drive thru for a potato and chili. Just so their drive through times would look good. No chocolate frosty available today, 3/20/2025. Asked for sour cream and chive potato. Just got a potato. Lots of crackers and 1 chili sauce. Took them at least 10 to 15 minutes to give me my food. Other than that it was great
