Ongoing management and quality-control issues ultimately reduced this location from a four-star to a one-star experience for me. Over multiple visits, there has been a consistent pattern of order inaccuracies, including missing items, incorrect items, and delays attributed to fresh preparation that resulted in food arriving cold.
Occasional errors are understandable in high-volume operations; however, repeated failures across several visits indicate systemic breakdowns in communication, oversight, and execution rather than isolated mistakes. These issues significantly detracted from the overall guest experience and have led me to disengage from this location despite previously enjoying the brand.
Improved managerial oversight, order verification, and adherence to service standards would be necessary to restore confidence.
This location has dramatically gone down hill. The service is terrible, they’re always out of stuff or maybe just too lazy to make it, and tonight they served me a raw, uncooked hamburger. It will be the last time I eat here.

All the Whataburger are great. They seem to have a culture that encourages positive customer experiences. But to be honest, this is my favorite location. It's not the closest one to my house but the drive thru employees smile at you for no reason. Plus if you know what burger to order, it's always gonna be good. We order the double patty melt, add lettuce, tomato and onion (I know it comes with sauteed onions, but those extra onions make this sandwich incredible) I always ask them to cut mine in half because you can't eat the whole thing in one sitting but it's finger licking good. I have had the regular Whataburger, the chicken tenders but the patty melt can't be beat. The onion rings with the spicy are good too.

Update, service still sucks at this location, one girl up front taking orders, cleaning dining room and running food to the tables while the manager ignored the line of people and the 10 employees in the back were having a party. This location sucks, bad customer service, cold food, hard hamburger buns and old fries. Do not eat at this location, you will be very disappointed!!!

1.st time i ever heard about What a burger was in Tennessee. And they had chili cheese burgers. Ohhh my my, piping hot. I knew chili was limited time. When i moved here I knew no chili but **COME ON, Yesterday @2pm I was ONLY customer on the inside.*** Ordered jr cheeseburger combo with extra onions, fries and even bought small onions rings. Cashier was so kind, sweet. GET TO CAR MY BURGER COLD. CHEESE NOT EVEN MELTING. IM SO TIRED OF PAYING 10, 15.00 FOR FOOD. AND ITS ICE COLD. 😤 AND WHY, KIDS fixing meals just don't care. Im sure their sandwiches are hot when they fix theirs. Same thing with what a burger on East Lake. I'm done. Maybe thats why place was empty. Top dollar for food and it served COLD. Gave burger patty to my dog, thru bun other fixing in trash. Total watse of my time money. Sick of going back in to counter. WHY, NOT FIX FOOD RIGHT 1ST TIME.😤 FED UP WITH NONSENSE BUT TAKE YOUR MONEY😔😤🙄 They building another one out 81 across from Publix. Im just fed up with fast food and cold food. 🥶
