As I’m sitting inside waiting on my food the lady at the front counter ran outside to customer’s car who just walked and ask for some food out of her bag. Then she walked back inside the restaurant and lays the food on the counter in the kitchen area. I see her grab another bag along with another container of food and hands the food that just went out the door to the customer that’s waiting inside, and took the customer a different bag waiting outside. So when it’s my turn to get my order I had to say something. Her response was she didn’t touch the food. I had to explain that we are in Covid times and that’s against health regulations to keep food that goes across the counter and pass off to another customer. And to the owner you need to put your people in a food handler’s class so they can get proper training. If my review is deleted I’m going to health department with this.

Lady at register seems like she hates her job, bad customer service, no smile, no your welcome after i told her Thank you!, straight face no manners at all...if you don't like working there or have good customer service, find another job that makes you happy... Food not all that good.

Don't waste your money. They lost flavor options then change an extra $.10 per wing for them on top of the price. The combos do not include drinks. The wings were just okay.

They were really nice!!! I asked for crispy wings… I received them soft. I’m not sure why it’s so hard for spots to give crispy wings on request but that’s that! I asked for honey hot I received hot/mild depending on your taste buds. The fries were soft! No other description needed… smh soft fries. Should have gotten the peach drink with no ice, didn’t take long to become water. I won’t return but again they were nice. && yes the wings are tiny but I’m cool with that.

RIP OFF!!!! Don’t come here because they do not do combos. Every meal you buy you have to purchase a drink. Extremely rude customer service, they change the prices all the time and the wings are little. I paid 16.99 for a 10 piece NEVER again
