This location has great deals on boneless wings šŸ—. My kids and I love picking up an order on a week night to enjoy a day free of cooking and cleaning dishes. The food was ready when I arrived and I love that it is cooked to order. I do not mind the wait because I know I am getting exactly what I ordered. The crew was good at communicating any updates on my order.

Manager was rude…yelling ā€œplacing or picking upā€ all the way across the store. I wait for an employee to take my order and, again, after waiting about 3 minutes, she asks me if I was placing or picking up…like I said when I first got here…I’m placing. She makes a comment under her breath about how I should’ve came up to the counter (keep in mind there are other people in front of me)…

I place my order and they don’t even have cups up there to give me…she says she’ll have to go grab some…she forgot. I finally get my order after almost 30 minutes, and I ask her for the cups. Not only that, but I watched her bag up food while touching her cellphone…how disgusting and unprofessional.

I get my food—my ranch is not in the bag…$33 later and I don’t even get the ranch I paid for…

I usually come to this location due to the good customer service I’ve experienced here in the past. However, it seems like those employees are now gone. I will never come back to this location again.

Poor Service ExperienceI had a terrible experience at your location tonight. I walked in around 11:50 PM to place an order, and the young lady at the front with glasses had a horrible attitude. When I said I was placing an order, she immediately yelled to her coworkers, saying, ā€œSee, this what I’m talking about she’s going to be the last person, cause I’m ready to go.ā€I asked what time they closed, thinking maybe I came too close to closing, but she said 1:00 AM which made her attitude completely unnecessary. The energy from everyone working there was rude and unprofessional. I couldn’t even tell who the manager was because the entire staff acted the same way.I’ll be spending my money elsewhere from now on and will be reaching out to both the district manager and corporate about this experience.

Purchased some wings online. Wingstop accepted order and said it would be ready at 1:35am. I arrived at store to pick up my order at 1:27am only to be told they were closed through locked front entrance. Didn't get my wings or a refund. Won't order here again

This Wingstop was PHENOMENAL! Not only did they have my food ready within the expected wait time. I was greeted by a nice young lady and staff were very friendly and hard working. I will be back. Oh and yeah the food was bussin!!!!!

I placed a pick up order; got home and the order was missing ranch dressing. I called to speak with the MANAGER and the manager hung up on me. I called back and the same manager said the ā€œmanagerā€ was not available.

Driving from Atlanta on my way home I placed an order online. I walked in to a crew of young kids cussing and laughing. They said my food was not ready. No problem, I didn’t mind waiting. After I have had enough of them laughing and using vulgar language I went to the counter to ask how long. The young lady said 1 minute. After waiting several minutes I asked again and they said about 7 more minutes. My thing is that if they would spend less time laughing, eating and being rude they could actually get work done. I will never again visit wingstop again! I placed my order at 11 and left at 1145 thanks

The customer service here is TERRIBLE. The workers will literally see you come in, make eye contact and not say a word to you. They are on their phones behind the counter, (even while cooking,), cursing , and sitting down behind the counter like they don’t have anything to do. They stand behind the register and stare at you until you figure out that it’s time for you to start placing your order as if it pains them to utter words. This is truly the worst service I have ever experienced. Do not ever go to this Wingstop
