Nice place, staff was cool. Not too bad of a wait for a Saturday night walk in order. Good ranch. The seasoned fries were sweeter than I remembered, tho not crispy, as I like. I love their potatoes taste like actual potato, and the fluffy insides. Sadly, I was so disappointed with the wings..They were hot and even a little crispy, but no flavor at all. None, not chili or even vinegar..just bland. Ketchup has more flavor than this batch of mild sauce. Wings are a treat for me and I will be unhappy about this for a long long time.

The boneless wings are the only wings worth getting at this location since they’re always hot for me. Classic wings tend to be hard or too much oil. They also don’t season the classic wings enough if it’s a dry herb flavor instead of wet. The fries at this location are always COLD or barely warm. They also can be burnt or soggy like they don’t change the oils out. They also refuse to season them well even if you request extra seasoning online or in store, considering they already taste bad without it. They need new management. Thanks

I used to love this Wingstop! However the last three time I’ve gotten it something has been wrong and when I reach out to correct it I am left with no response. The first incident they just forgot to give me an item I ordered. The second incident they gave me a raw chicken sandwich (pictured below it’s gross!). The third incident I got food poisoning. I love Wingstop so much I tried to give them multiple chances but back to back problems is enough for me. ?

Great food, always fresh and friendly service when you walk in. However, I only gave them four stars, due to the fact that they're really bad at answering the phone. I live down the street, so it's not that big of a deal for me personally, but the lack of phone communication may be an issue for others.

I placed an order with Uber Eats. I received the order and an entire meal was missing and a separate side order! The fries were in the bottom of the bag. The drink for the other order was incorrect. I literally called the store when I placed my order about making sure that the flavors were wet!Yes, Uber Eats credited my account for the missing wings, but I have nothing to eat. It's not the delivery guys fault, so I'm out of a tip!The receipt clearly has the correct order.This is exactly how you lose customers.Signed, Starvin

Waited a hour for my food to be ready, the wait is horrendous. The customer service is worst.
They were not wearing gloves and touching finished wings and sauces and fries while texting and scratching their hair. I didn't even eat my wings I'ma get a refund it was late at night and didn't feel like making a scene.

Horrible customer service. I ordered online. Online says 16-21 min wait I waited an entire hour was told they were working on my order 3 times. The manager needs basic management training she’s horrible. Employees have smart mouths also. You all should coach and train employees to have better customer service. Will never step foot in this establishment again. Also a place of shouldn’t be playing music with curse words.
