The drink taste like toilet water , food was gross let me Tell yall, I walked in and ordered left for not even 3 mins and the food was already done meaning it was sitting in the back waiting , fries has no flavor wings taste old , -20/10

This is the absolute worst WNB factory. Long waits. Order not correct when it finally comes and they ask you to pay for their mistake. Management and staff are extremely rude, unprofessional and care nothing about customer service. Horrible restaurant. Don't spend your money here. There are far better restaurants who provide great service and who respect their customers.

I ordered a ten piece wings and fried rice dinner. My lemon pepper wings were very hard. It taste like the chicken were old. The fried rice was ok but had way too much onions in it. I like onions but not when it takes over the rice. For the price I paid for two dinners, it wasn't worth it. I won't be returning. If I could rate them a zero I would.

Hispanic guy very rude my order was wrong he gave me the worst attitude about it but is it wrong so it isn’t ok for me to want my food to be right when I pay for it? I won’t be back.

The experience was awful. First off, they did not start making my food until I came in and made a payment. Secondly, the young people at the register just did not care about anything especially the music they were playing loud on the TV. I felt like I was in a club with uncensored music. I heard every cuss word and derogatory words you can think of. I couldn’t take it anymore so I went outside to wait on my food. It took so long I had to go back in and check on my order, and the music got louder. I’m just over this place. I know this is a franchise but the owners should have more proud in their location. It was irritating and sad. Glad I didn't have my kids with me.

Wings are fairly good most times but aren't always consistent.

I've only placed orders online so I can't comment on the customer service. However, I can comment on the food which was wonderful. I've tried their fried rice which was great and the veggies were cooked all the way. The burgers and sweet potato fries are awesome. The mozzarella sticks and teriyaki steak sandwich are good as well. I have a sensitive tummy and the food did not make me sick. Finding this spot, is bitter sweet for me ?

I need the manager to respond to this complaint!Train your ladies to be more professional and clear with instructions and directions!Bree!While you are at work please reframe from the use of your personal phone calls via AirPods!And cashier for you to say there is no one on site that’s in charge is unacceptable!Mr. Lee she says only comes in the morning, so I guess any workers or customers who knows that creates disaster!You can do better!Please strive for excellence!

Food is top notch its a shame that the service is terrible. TV is constantly off and stuck listening to the cashiers conversation over her airpods. Seems more interested in the phone conversation than getting orders right.

Vegetarian options: Impossible burger is an option.
