I order shrimp fried rice with my wings. They charge me five dollars for the shrimp fried rice and i don’t have any shrimp on my plate. The messed up my order for me to get my money back they want me to bring they food back which is understandable but if I don’t have transportation to get back up there. Either way I should get my money back. Now I lost five dollars and no shrimp. Ripe off

Came in for cauliflower wings after I couldn’t get an answer on the phone. Only to show up and the 2 kids at the register 1 boy eating at that laughing because I drove 20 minutes to get here and I guess it was funny to them. Then they say the next exit has them. I called the Hudson bridge location only for them to say they didn’t have them aswell but at least they answered the phone. These 2 kids are terrible workers and rude laugh at me because I wasted my time ok Hope u feel better about yourselves

Fam a group of 4 stop by as we headed back to Florida it was a quick bite to eat but what a surprise this joint was, food was amazing and the service also HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Very upset since I thought the food would be better. The wings were okay, the fries weren't. I paid for extra blue cheese and received one bleu cheese and a ranch. There was no ice in the machine so we drank hot peach juice.

Ordered three meals with one being an impossible burger & turkey burger. The cook have us two turkey burger meals and when asked the cook said that they were different but wasn't. Being a vegan that was unacceptable and requested a refund. Not knowing the difference between a turkey pattie and an impossible pattie is horrible! Be aware!

If you pre order (even 45 minutes - 1 hour in advance), just be prepared that your food will not be ready no matter how far in advance you place it. The wings are decent but service is insanely slow. There are several other local wings places that have your food ready upon arrival.
