There was no chicken on my salad. The fries didn’t have seasoning.

Never been there before just assumed typical fast food restaurant. Very good food. Very surprised to get such a good salad.

This locations service is always very slow and at all times of day the lines will be long. But the food is always good.

Ordered 2 Great 8 boneless wing meals, one wimpy, one with buffalo garlic. Get them back to the office and open them up and neither one have any sauce on them at all. I guess we’re having chicken nuggets for lunch now 😑 (not pictured is the fries that were supposed to have extra seasoning but also had no seasoning). I’m not sure why it’s so difficult for fast food places to follow directions that print out on the receipt.

I had a pleasant experience through the drive-through with a young lady her name was Rehanna thank you for such a great experience I will be coming back I hope she’s there lol

On Monday 21 of this month I went to Zaxby’s and had a good experience with a girl that took my order she was soo sweet n nicely spoken she had glasses and I think a eyebrow piercing and she was making sure I had everything before I pulled off just sooo sweet

I went in the drive thru, got a zax snack, asked for 3 sauces and I got FIVE! so happy. BLESS the people who work there😊🤩

Today I went through the drive through and ordered a chicken finger meal, 5 fingers with coleslaw and extra Zax sauce (I requested and intended on paying for extra sauce). When I came home I had 1 sauce, no coleslaw and 3 tenders? $15 for an order that wasn’t complete

Don't know why, but the inside has been changed for the worse. Wide open like a cafeteria. It used to be nice with the partitions for some privacy

Ordered food via DoorDash they pulled up my dasher had her wait 40 minutes, she then had to come back up to the window and let them know, they had forgot about her. Then the worker said “it should be out in a second” by the time the food arrived to me it was ice cold. Meaning it had been made then forgotten about until she came to see about the order for the 2nd time.
