the absolute worst zaxbys i’ve ever been to. service was poor, ordered 2 salads that took forever, with dirty tables and food on the floor.

When you order food from Uber eats or any of the delivery people you get missing items from them can you call them to get a refund and everything they don’t do it you try to call them to make sure everything is there in your order. They don’t do it. They promised that they would do it, but they don’t. I just ordered Zaxby’s just a few minutes ago, and some of my stuff was missing. They’re not a good delivery people they need taken off the list.

One of the best Zaxby's but dont order for pick up unless it's through the drive thru. Someone will jack your stuff on the inside.

My travel to Georgia was amazing love Zaxby's and my Cashier was so attentive and helpful on me picking out my order. I felt i was taking too long to pick what i wanted but she smoothly helped me along the way. Thanks Makayl A for all your help...

The Cashier Makayla A. has poor customer service it was two girls at the register so I’m not sure who’s name on the receipt but I know she had red hair, I was just curious about the dressing that comes with the salad I ordered and she gave me a nasty attitude

Worst Zaxby’s ever!!!! Do not waste your time, appetite, or money at this establishment. The front counter workers are rude upon entering and taking orders in the drive thru. No one greets you and they just rush you to order. Everyone looks depressed and like they hate their job. The wait time is ridiculous. The food is ALWAYS COLD or tastes redropped in old grease. Fries are never fresh, toast is soggy butter bread, wings are hard and bland, tenders taste either raw or over cooked. The salad always taste outdated and has this wet mushy texture. It ALWAYS STINKS inside like a wet funky mildew mold type of odor. The tables are sticky and have residue on them. The restrooms are even more disgusting. It smells like sour tail and crabs in there. The windows are smeared and nasty looking. The entire building just needs to be torn down. Please bring new management. This is ridiculous.

Me And my Family went to Zaxby's and was disappointed cause the food was cold and the lady name Lailah H told us to pull by the door and we waited for 30 minutes and went in and they was inside playing around. I would never go to that Zaxby's no more. Service was horrible

I am currently sitting in the drive thru line. I have been since 10:06 PM, and no one has answered the intercom it shows closing at 10:30 PM why am I unable to be served or answered? They have to do better.
