My travel to Georgia was amazing love Zaxby's and my Cashier was so attentive and helpful on me picking out my order. I felt i was taking too long to pick what i wanted but she smoothly helped me along the way. Thanks Makayl A for all your help...

The Cashier Makayla A. has poor customer service it was two girls at the register so I’m not sure who’s name on the receipt but I know she had red hair, I was just curious about the dressing that comes with the salad I ordered and she gave me a nasty attitude

Worst Zaxby’s ever!!!! Do not waste your time, appetite, or money at this establishment. The front counter workers are rude upon entering and taking orders in the drive thru. No one greets you and they just rush you to order. Everyone looks depressed and like they hate their job. The wait time is ridiculous. The food is ALWAYS COLD or tastes redropped in old grease. Fries are never fresh, toast is soggy butter bread, wings are hard and bland, tenders taste either raw or over cooked. The salad always taste outdated and has this wet mushy texture. It ALWAYS STINKS inside like a wet funky mildew mold type of odor. The tables are sticky and have residue on them. The restrooms are even more disgusting. It smells like sour tail and crabs in there. The windows are smeared and nasty looking. The entire building just needs to be torn down. Please bring new management. This is ridiculous.

Me And my Family went to Zaxby's and was disappointed cause the food was cold and the lady name Lailah H told us to pull by the door and we waited for 30 minutes and went in and they was inside playing around. I would never go to that Zaxby's no more. Service was horrible

I am currently sitting in the drive thru line. I have been since 10:06 PM, and no one has answered the intercom it shows closing at 10:30 PM why am I unable to be served or answered? They have to do better.

I do love me some Zax Sauce and Crinkle Cut Fries… new fried cheesecake fantabulous as expected.

Super slow service no sense of urgency at all too many teenagers are working there on there phones not paying attention to the customers very poor working habits just ridiculous never again!!!!

This is the worst experience with Zaxbys I’ve ever had I sat and waited 20 min for two bacon loaded fries and cheese cake bites first thing was I didn’t get a receipt which was odd then it looks like they are try watch there time with orders because I was told to park…..anyways I got my food and my fries were old and stale I am so angry zaxbys I need my money back they also closed early it’s 10:15 and they are supposed to close at 11
