I am currently sitting in the drive thru line. I have been since 10:06 PM, and no one has answered the intercom it shows closing at 10:30 PM why am I unable to be served or answered? They have to do better.

Ain't got un sweet tea. Waited at window 20 minutes while they mopped the floor. I'm white it's a black establishment!! No reason to worry right?? Guess what?? Bahahaa

Super slow service no sense of urgency at all too many teenagers are working there on there phones not paying attention to the customers very poor working habits just ridiculous never again!!!!

This is the worst experience with Zaxbys I’ve ever had I sat and waited 20 min for two bacon loaded fries and cheese cake bites first thing was I didn’t get a receipt which was odd then it looks like they are try watch there time with orders because I was told to park…..anyways I got my food and my fries were old and stale I am so angry zaxbys I need my money back they also closed early it’s 10:15 and they are supposed to close at 11

Pull in the drive thru at 9:50pm, when google say they close at 11pm... waited at the intercom thinking someone say something, but nothing. Drove around to the windows where the employee say they close at 10pm now and NOT 11pm. Yes I'm angry cause I had the taste for Zaxby's and couldn't get it. I continued to ask to purchase what they had , she say oh they threw what ever they had left in the trash ????... Yeah I'm pissed.....

I recently visited this location because there was an error on the app when I was trying to order couple weeks ago. Long story short, the screen on the app never lead me to the order confirmed page, but I found out later that I was charged $17. So I visited this location to get a refund for the order that I never got. However, the older lady in the front was being completely rude. I explained to her the situation. She said with an attitude that she was going to get somebody and just walked away. Never was able to get my refund. The employees treated me with very disrespectful manners.

I recently visited Zaxby's and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the manager, Dejah. Her leadership created a positive and welcoming atmosphere that made the dining experience enjoyable. The customer service was top-notch, with friendly staff attending to every need promptly. The chicken here is always good! The service ranges from very friendly people to very rude people. The atmosphere is okay, although they don't seem to put a whole lot of effort in keeping it clean.
