Hopefully I will be able to come back and change my review to better if I every try again..but I ordered it for delivery. For 25.00 they give like 10 small strips of meat and lots of rice. The meat doesn't have much flavor, I guess that's why they put the season on the side...but I was very disappointed. There's a place called Southern Suya near Northlake 10times better and worth the drive. The meat actually has flavor and is grilled and smoked and better potions.Hopefully tonight was just a bad night b/c I was really looking forward to the food..but it wasn't that good at all the koffy special is what I ordered

The food is absolutely delicious!! The flavors and variety of dishes were worth the 30 min drive from my house to the restaurant.The owner explain the different fish & meats to me, how they were prepared & suggested what to pair with my main dish choice. He even gave me small cup samples to taste to help me make my meal choice; never have I had service at a restaurant like this before.Please, if you are looking for authentic African meals, a nice atmosphere and great, service you’ve got to give African Palace a try!

First of all let me start off by saying I’m Ghanaian and very picky about African food. I came here with my family and the food was ah-mazing. 5 stars allll around. The Jollof was delicious. It tasted more like Ghana Jollof than the Nigerian Jollof I’ve eaten at numerous places. I had pounded yam with egusi soup and assorted meat. It was also sooo delicious. To be honest, everything thing any of us ate was great. This is hands down the best African restaurant I’ve been to ever. And I’ve been to several in multiple states. We also met the owner who was so funny and kind. He helped us with our menu choices. And he was so confident in his food that he even brought out samples so we could try a few items we were debating on. He had us dying laughing and cracked several Ghana-Naija jokes throughout our conversation. All in all if you have an opportunity to come here, then go. I wish i lived nearby so I could come back and try everything on the menu.

Firstly I would like to express how much I love the consistency of this restaurant. I order when I can't make it home in time to dine in. The okra soup and fufu are my husband's favorite. The Ewedu & Gbegiri is so delicious and balanced. I love the spice on the Suya the beef and the chicken are both cooked perfectly and the onions and tomatoes are always fresh!!! The Egusi is also very tasty, but you absolutely can't go without trying the jollof rice!!!

My husband and I have this crazy addiction to fu fu and egusi soup lol, We have scoured many places trying to find the best and I say we’ve found it!! OMG there jerk chicken egusi is the best hands down!! The yam fu fu I can with all honesty say I’ve never had better!! Also The fried rice was sooo buttery and flavorful, the plantain was amazing, and that’s from a person who really doesn’t like plantain…I ate them like I was eating chocolate candy lol!! My son had the beef egusi the night before and I tried it just from that taste I knew we had to give this place a try and I’m glad we did!!

If we could give 100 stars, we would. We had a major LAST minute request, and this restaurant came through. The quality of customer service was outstanding! And to top it off, the food was superb! 10/10 across the board!!! Thank you all so much!
