This is the most pleasant American Deli I have ever been to. The staff here are all so polite and welcoming, food is done super quickly and was really good. So good I had to write a review bc I’ve never experienced an American Deli like this, will definitely be coming back!

This is the ONLY American Deli in the area that I’d eat at. However, I called in to order a box of fries (literally just that) a few weeks ago around 8:00. While it sounded muffled, the man I spoke to (who I easily recognized at the person I always see at the counter) said it was $5 (like it usually cost). When my cousin arrived, she was told by the woman at the register that it would be over $7+. That same cousin just ordered some food on Uber, and a box of fries is $5. It’s not a big difference for me since it’s just $2, but I could only imagine the other people they’re doing it to. It’s sad that a business I loved is actually out here trying to scam people for ordering later in the day. SMH.

Ordered the Philly cheesesteak and it was dry as could be and the fries need to be cooked more as then are soggy and no crisp to them.

I like this American Deli because they are for some reason better priced than the American Deli closer to me and the food is better. They’ve not stingy with the fries and my Philly is never dry. I haven’t tried the wings here yet, but that’s because I only order the Philly combo

So...Good news the food is good bad news unlike other locations they do not support Vets So fair warning I would reccomend the Loganville location if you are trying to have good wings a spare your self some tax and what not. Team cash in that 10-25% because we earned it?. Thats for veterans...im not sure about first responders...I'll follow up with that possibly.
I have always lived this American deli, nothing like it, I have been to many different American deli but everyone I have asked said that this is the best American deli they have ever had and the person there is always nice and helpful ? the wings are always amazing and very crispy just the way I like it, and they have nuclear sauce that no other American deli has and they are very generous with the fries. I will never stop going to this place, the only thing I would change is that when I order through the phone they make it ready so when I come to pick it up, its fast.

First Ben had good customer service then it all changed because they didn’t give me my full meal I paid for and gave back due to them adding mushrooms to my Philly. Mushrooms I’m allergic too. MUSHROOMS I could have sued you guys FOR but instead I brought it back. Ben had the cooks remakes me a sandwich and when I asked where’s my fries at he tell me he can’t do that for me. And I should have ate my fries.excuse me? Anything that touches or that’s In the same vicinity with MUSHROOMS IM NOT EATING. If I gave y’all the meal back, the entire meal at that & ordered MORE food when I came back ($30) to pick up my WRONG ORDER and I’m just asking for fries I HAD TO GET UGLY FOR HIM TO GIVE THEM TO ME.

The food is insanely good, well prepared. I always get the 10 piece with veggie fried rice, and let me tell you. The cooks are incredibly good at what they do. The fried rice is cooked perfectly everytime. Perfect amount of seasoning. It's cooked for every order. Please give these cooks a raise cause I be killing it man. The service is really well to, they greet you once you come in. They get your order right. They're really easy to speak to. No mean mugging or with an attitude just great service. The place is also really well organized it's clean it's honestly the BEST American Deli out here and I'm really glad I live 30 seconds away driving. Please don't lose the cooks because it's honestly there cooking that keeps this business running.

Went to get food after choir rehearsal tonightShowed up 843pm, when they close at 9. All I wanted was some fries and a Philly. They turned me around . That is very bad customer service. I definitely will never come back to this place again. I'm a restaurant manager and if my business closes at 10...I'm not turning anyone around at 9:45.
