Applebee's Grill + Bar

Waited for table although restaurant was empty and I'm only person at the door. Food took forever to come. Not ONE drink refill or removal of used dishes from the table. Bartender didn't know how to make a Bloody Mary. The waiter was super nice but young and inexperienced. Waiter NEVER came to check on me. This is my last visit to any Applebee's.

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The restaurant seemed understaffed, and the server and bartender repeatedly disappeared, leaving us waiting and forgotten. Service was extremely slow, and the food did not make up for it.

Drinks are weak at best so don't waste your money unless you are getting a beer. The restaurant was almost empty and it still took longer than it should to get our food. The food was decent.

We tried the new Cheese burger it was pretty good. Our server Daiden was an absolute sweet heart and we appreciate his kindness.

I’m a veteran that comes often . In my experience I have received amazing services with consistency…Jazmine is amazing with amazing attributes. She insures you have the best service provided with her management team….I highly recommend and veteran friendly
