Old Indian lady is rude, and they never know what I am trying to order, so they always make me order through the window, and then after that, she yells at you talking about move instead of asking you to go wait upfront! Only reason why I keep coming back because it's the only one close to my house

First AND LAST time coming here. OMG what a train wreck this location is! The guy has a thick accent and sounds miserable to be there and rushes you and doesn’t understand the questions that are being asked of him. We just ended up leaving. We will never come back to this location. You shouldn’t either.

The people inside are so rude. This is the 2nd time in a row I've been yelled at in the drive thru. I understand there may be a language barrier, however that's no reason to talk to someone as if they are bellow you. They will only yell at you no matter if its day or night. As well as it's injury to insult being told that they aren't making an item for you because they don't want to.

I had such a bad experience here. It took me 20 mins to place the order…this old lady I don’t know if she couldn’t speak English or she didn't understand what I was saying. She wasted my 20 mins for no reason. She still couldn’t take the order and then someone else had to assist me. I wouldn’t be back here for sure.

The cones are stale the ice cream has frost bite. The employees are RUDE and the language barrier makes it hard for you to understand them & them to understand you

I came in drive thru today to get a Reese's Sundae for my birthday. I paid $6 for two scoops of Reese's ice cream with hot fudge sauce on top I would usually go with it but because it was for my birthday I decided to turn around I was told they no longer sell the Sundae I was referring to which is a layered Reese Sundae I came here because Sonic in Snellville also does not have Reese's cups I was admittedly frustrated because I asked I told the manager I could have gotten a entire half of court of Reese's ice cream at the store for less but I will say she did remake my Sunday she apologized and it's just frustrating when the website offers something that is not in the store if you are reading this thank you so much for your empathy and Oreos lol ?

When ordering, the person I was speaking to had very rude manners and I was barely able to speak. He had even yelled at me and asked “ what’s wrong with you give me a second”. As a former employee of fast food I know good customer service is very important and that’s something they did not have at all.
