Older Indian woman at drive thru SCREAMS VERY LOUDLY and talks over you and cuts you off! It’s sad that she’s even interacting with customers with her lack of customer service and disgusting rude behavior.

Dunkin' Donuts has truly fallen off! What once was a test OSS nite not worth the stop or $$! Got these before 7 am and they were not only tiny and expensive but also hard and lately they barely have any icing! They were not soft nor sweet! I will not be back to this one or the one on Five Forks Trikum same results! Not sure if they are both owned by the same people..

Came in to order donuts and owner had an attitude when I requested glazed donuts from another bin nearby because they looked fresh. He was making comments under his breath (but obviously NOT under his breath since I could hear him clearly). Also when I asked about a butter pecan flavored frozen coffee he said there wasn't one. But when I showed him the menu with the item, he changed his tune and said, yes, they have butter pecan flavored drink. I said I wanted to that isn't what I was given. Couldn't bother to male eye contact. Was rude and clearly doesn't want to be in the service industry. Honestly, he doesn't need to be sincerity was terrible a terrible experience.

This has GOT TO BE THE ABSOLUTE WORST BASKIN ROBBINS I'VE EVER BEEN TO. How do you completely IGNORE me when I'm talking directly at you Smfh. Then gave me SOFT mushy ice cream! Only to look at me like I was crazy when I ask for my money back and hand you back your melted ice cream!Never againI don't care how convenient it is. ZERO STARS

I had such a bad experience here. It took me 20 mins to place the order…this old lady I don’t know if she couldn’t speak English or she didn't understand what I was saying. She wasted my 20 mins for no reason. She still couldn’t take the order and then someone else had to assist me. I wouldn’t be back here for sure.

I came in drive thru today to get a Reese's Sundae for my birthday. I paid $6 for two scoops of Reese's ice cream with hot fudge sauce on top I would usually go with it but because it was for my birthday I decided to turn around I was told they no longer sell the Sundae I was referring to which is a layered Reese Sundae I came here because Sonic in Snellville also does not have Reese's cups I was admittedly frustrated because I asked I told the manager I could have gotten a entire half of court of Reese's ice cream at the store for less but I will say she did remake my Sunday she apologized and it's just frustrating when the website offers something that is not in the store if you are reading this thank you so much for your empathy and Oreos lol ?

When ordering, the person I was speaking to had very rude manners and I was barely able to speak. He had even yelled at me and asked “ what’s wrong with you give me a second”. As a former employee of fast food I know good customer service is very important and that’s something they did not have at all.

The staff was extremely friendly with kids and ice cream was as good as all BR. The place was clean and tidy. Nice place to stop by with kids and fyi it has dunkins in same place so if there is lot of choice.
