Bruster's Real Ice Cream

When I approached the window I was about to walk around to the pickup window because I didnt notice the order here on the window. I just assumed it was advertisement. Then a guy in a black elaborate proceeds to hang out the window screaming at me about why did I go to the side window and not the front. After he realized that I wasn't in the mood he proceeded to get out the car and say that he'll bring me my ice-cream.
Won't be going back as I couldn't tell if he was an owner or a customer. Either way he ruined my experience.

Ok I know that it’s been a while since I’ve been to busters, we usually go to Conyers, but the prices are very high for what you get. My wife and son ordered a waffle bowl with vanilla ice, caramel,chocolate,candied pecans, bananas and whipped cream. $8+for each. The little bit that was there of the chocolate & caramel was in the bottom of the bowl,who does that? We will not be going back to that location. Could not give negative stars. Also did the waffle bowl get smaller?

Stopped by this ice cream shop after work with my kids after dinner and had a great experience. The customer service was on point. Friendly, quick, and helpful. One young man in particular, Bryson, really stood out. Polite, respectful, and seemed like he actually cared that we enjoyed our visit. It’s not every day you see young folks with that kind of attitude these days.

Very very poor customer service. The manager very rude Very rude. Came here for a field trip he denied service to the Kids!! Don’t eat here guys I feel like he’s racist!
Kids ages was from 6-12 (10) lil girls!! He broke there heart 💔💔

Cold treat on a hot day!

I placed 2 separate orders this evening. One brownie sundae was how it has looked the past 20 years of me patronizing Bruster’s and the other looked very skimpy. I went back and asked the young man (Pedro) if I could have more ice cream. He stared at me for a moment and said he made it the way his boss taught him and that the first employee actually gave me too much. Only to get home and realized that what was supposed to be chocolate chip cookie dough was just vanilla. Terrible customer service and inconsistent with menu items. Visit the Scenic Hwy location if you’re looking for good customer service and consistency 🙂

Ordered online so that I didn’t have to wait as long in line but that was a huge mistake. The receipt said around 20 mins, I waited that amount of time and then stood in front of the window that said online orders here for another 16 mins, no one said anything to me! I finally went around to the order window and after waiting for at least 3 more minutes I told the young lady I came over here for my online order because I was being ignored over there, she flippantly said “well you have to come to us” I explained I was waiting at the online order window and she told me that wasn’t the right window (how was I supposed to know that online orders didn’t really mean online orders). The male working with her said they were busy and he didn’t have time to make the order, (mind you this is now 36 mins). He said he had customers, so me paying 29$ online doesn’t make me a customer. He and the girl continued to be disrespectful to me saying they were busy. I said they can easily give me my money back or make my order he said they already made two things that were sitting and waiting, and would now work on the rest. Five plus mins later she hastily set my order outside the window and slammed and locked the window. it wasn’t fully correct and I had to get her to open your window back up. When I tried to show her my receipt that they texted me showing it was a bowl and not a cone she again said well I don’t know what you want me to do that’s not what my receipt says. The male came over and said their system prints the receipt differently. She in the meantime threw the ice cream from a cone into the bowl and again pushed it back out the window. And those two ice creams he said he made that were waiting were fully melted when we got home. They will never get another dime from me and their manager and owner should be ashamed that this is how they represent their company. Their attitudes were trash and the service matched.

My family and I stopped by for black cherry ice cream. It was bursting with cherries and flavor, so good that we also got a quart to take home. The young lady who was working there was also quick and sweet. We will be back for more.

They need to provide the non-dairy oat milk options as advertised. Every time i go they only have italian ice and sherbet. My son has a milk allergy and I am lactose intolerant, we were both very disappointed by the lack of non dairy options.

Kind and wonderful people work here. not all heroes wear capes but all heroes love ice cream.

Excellent place for family and loved ones to hang out. The ice cream is mouth-watering.

they advertise 14 non dairy flavors of ice cream but when you go they tell you they don’t have any non dairy flavors right now. false advertising.

These were the worst Nathan hotdogs I ever had soggy bun, undercooked fries, lemonade so sweet. You will go diabetic. The young lady who took my order was extremely rude. I would never come back. It looks like they do not care about the success of their business.
