Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Ordered a 2 chilli cheese dog combo on Uber eats and received 2 plain hot dogs. Couldn't get any sort of refund from Uber, and this place doesn't even have a phone number to call.

Hot dog was cold and onion seemed frozen almost and the fries were undercooked I will not be back Inconsistent

Terrible. Ordered 2 scoops they gave 2 tablespoons of ice cream. Go elsewhere !

I ordered a banana split I told her no chocolate and all I got was was chocolate smh will never go there again

Thank you for having so many oat milk flavors. The staff was super friendly. The sitting areas were tidy and nice. I'll definitely be back for another visit.

I absolutely love the Dragonfruit sorbet freeze. I hope they keep it year round. I order a Dragonfruit freeze often and sometimes also take home a quart of the stuff. The employees are always polite and pleasant.
Employees work hard to make each order just right. You can tell by watching them as they put orders together. Watch them work!

When I approached the window I was about to walk around to the pickup window because I didnt notice the order here on the window. I just assumed it was advertisement. Then a guy in a black elaborate proceeds to hang out the window screaming at me about why did I go to the side window and not the front. After he realized that I wasn't in the mood he proceeded to get out the car and say that he'll bring me my ice-cream.
Won't be going back as I couldn't tell if he was an owner or a customer. Either way he ruined my experience.

Ok I know that it’s been a while since I’ve been to busters, we usually go to Conyers, but the prices are very high for what you get. My wife and son ordered a waffle bowl with vanilla ice, caramel,chocolate,candied pecans, bananas and whipped cream. $8+for each. The little bit that was there of the chocolate & caramel was in the bottom of the bowl,who does that? We will not be going back to that location. Could not give negative stars. Also did the waffle bowl get smaller?

Stopped by this ice cream shop after work with my kids after dinner and had a great experience. The customer service was on point. Friendly, quick, and helpful. One young man in particular, Bryson, really stood out. Polite, respectful, and seemed like he actually cared that we enjoyed our visit. It’s not every day you see young folks with that kind of attitude these days.

Very very poor customer service. The manager very rude Very rude. Came here for a field trip he denied service to the Kids!! Don’t eat here guys I feel like he’s racist!
Kids ages was from 6-12 (10) lil girls!! He broke there heart 💔💔
