Ordered a strawberry shortcake sundae. I received vanilla ice cream and a piece of cake. There was nothing strawberry in my order at all. Very confused as to how an ice cream shop messed up a sundae
Slow is always slow but my grandchildren enjoyed their icecream.

Very clean and good . But customers service sucks and you are always slow when serving. Also when you change a product in anything please put something up to notify the customer. In the freezer drink you changed from sprite to some other seltzer type drink and it made the drink nasty and I brought it back because I knew something was wrong( update today 7/28/25 )it was multiple weave looking hair coming out of my ice cream I asked for a refund. These last to visit have not been good at all... This location will go down if they get back right
