BY FAR THE WORST BRUSTERS IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!!!!
STALE WAFFLE BOWLS, BLANTANT DISRESPECT FROM THE OWNER WHO SAW ME STANDING AT THE WINDOW WAITING TO BE SERVED WHILE SHE CONTINED TO HAVE A FULL ON CONVERSATION WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER ABOUT WHAT THE HELL EVER AND HE HAD NOT EVEN PALCED AN ORDER. SENT ME TO ANOTHER WINDOW FOR MY ORSER TO BE TAKEN AND SHE EVEN GOT IS WRONG.......TWICE!!! PLEASE FIND ANOTHER BRUSTERS TO ATTWND. PREFERRBLY THE ONE ON FIVE FORKS TRICUM. ABSOLUTELY NO ISSUES WITH THEM. THW BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. THE SAYING IS SO TRUE, SOMETIMES, IT BE YOUR OWN PEOPLE!. NOW THATS THE DAMN TRUTH.

The young girl had a bad attitude. However, I did meet the owner, and she was very pleasant. This location is on Redan Road and hairston.

I’ve been here several times and always leave smiling and feeling like I had a pleasant experience!
They are definitely not stingy here! I asked for smaller scoops😂🫶🏾

Ice cream tasted stale and freezer burnt. The girl working was very slow and I only ordered 4 scoops of ice cream.

I love Brusters Ice Cream. Ownership has changed at this location . The new owner is very nice. The staff customer service is exceptional. A welcome asset to the community. I just wish that this location stayed open longer during the summer months.

they had fruit flies flying around and they all while fixing the ice cream they were fanning to keep the flies from getting on the ice cream.

4 stars since they have been pretty good the other times i have visited. the service is always pleasant. this visit i ordered a blast that was more like a shake. i did not like it did not want a shake. very disappointed for $7 and i tipped before receiving this.update: ofc i had to return with update since the owner DARLIN was amazing! super accommodating and easy going. the remake definitely did not disappoint. also it's understandable with new hires they are still doing a great job everyone makes mistakes.

Parking: This may not be the responsibility of Bruster's, but the parking area could use some paving. It has been a mess since as long as I can remember! Lighting at the rear of the building, though, is up to the store. People cut through that area of the parking lot at dusk, and it gets very dark; the sounds from the rear of the building can be scary!
