First of all the parking lot dirty so I shouldâve known better. Go on to order the bikini bottom bundle total came up to $17 ok cool they out of the pineapple float ok cool give me a strawberry lemonade get to the window they donât have that either.
The young man hands me my meal I excited only to be pissed off no tomatoes no onions no pickles not to mention the bun was stale and the entire meal was cold. I know damn well this isnât what MR Crab was selling under the sea. Completely disappointed this meal to high for yall to be performing at a is poor level

I came here at about 1:00 in the morning after Thanksgiving (so Friday) because when I clicked through the app it showed they were open. I understand it was after holiday so there was a chance they were not open, but I checked everywhere I could and everything I could find that showed their hours for the specific location said they were open.
I ordered in the app and drove over. Pull up to the drive-thru and there is a piece of paper on it saying they closed early for the holiday.
If you are going to have the app show your hours you should very clearly state when you are closed. Not leave it up to people to drive over and find out.
Had to harass a customer service rep to get my money back. Which should have been entirely automatic. Disappointing at best.

Second time in drive thru. First time the coffee was awful and I couldn't even drink it! Went for a whopper jr today and the bun was old and stale and the condiments were so sloppy they were coming off the sandwich! NEVER again!
