Carnival Jamerican Eats

I ordered the jerk chicken and the large oxtails with rice and peas and cabbage, and let me just say—everything was amazing. The oxtails were tender and full of flavor, falling right off the bone. The jerk chicken had that perfect smoky kick, just the right amount of heat without being overpowering. The rice and peas were cooked just right, and the cabbage balanced it all out with a nice, savory crunch.

I also grabbed a few beef patties for the kids, and they didn’t disappoint. Flaky on the outside, flavorful on the inside—exactly what I was hoping for. And of course, I had to get the cocoa bread. You just can’t go wrong with it. Soft, slightly sweet, and perfect with the patties or just on its own.

Everything was fresh, seasoned well, and served hot. You can tell they put love into their food. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

The portions super stingy. 13 dollars for small brown stew with what amounts to less than a quarter chicken is madness. 2 stats because at least the flavor of the chicken was half decent.

Great family restaurant and great food. The young man taking orders is kind, knowledgeable, and patient- always willing to assist with a smile.

Jerk chicken and stewed chicken lunch is delicious and priced favorable.

stew chicken was really good .... im picky as hell about my stew chicken and this some good stew chicken.. tasty cooked cabages and plantains

The food is decently priced. I feel like it’s more expensive than normal Jamaican spots because of inflation, but the food was so good. I got stew chicken with cabbage and plantain(2, I ate the other one before taking the pic) for the sides. They have other sides that you can pay extra for, but the cabbage was delicious. Would definitely go back

Vegetarian options: They had a veggie plate and I believe veggie patties as well

Parking: Free parking in the lot

Computer died..couldn't take a card to pay for meals. Had to have cash..No Back up systems..

Food is always good sometimes service is slow

One luvv yaheer. Only can chat pon di steam cabbage which was a delight. Respect on good cook food, like yardee dem unno. Dine in need fi start. Peace n luvv.
