Haven’t even tried the food yet. Customer service definitely sucks. They need to work on that and I don’t care how good it’s gonna be. I definitely won’t be back.

Garbage. Don't even consider this place. Paid $8 then had to wait for 15 minutes (no other customers) for 4 burned to hell so called chicken tenders. All the time waiting I hear the cashier on her cell phone complaining that she shouldn't have came to work along with other personal grievances. Then when I got the food and showed it to her she acted as if nothing was wrong and nothing she could or cared to do. This is why I dont give a damn to spend in the 'community'- they don't care so why should I? Just had to throw it out and head back with nothing eaten on my lunch break.

I went into Champion wings today. I told the cashier that I Wanted okra Instead of fries, turn 15 minutes later I get my order and it has fries in it cashier tell us to cook. I guess he’s the owner that I want okra. He explains to her that he’s not changing the order. I didn’t understand because he was in changing orders. I asked for okra if they didn’t have okra all he had to do is tell her they didn’t have okra and I would’ve probably accepted something else then another customer and the conversation and said yeah he’s not gonna switch it out, He’s not even gonna give me a refund if I wanted my money back and people be going through it and earlier a young lady wanted her money back because she didn’t get what she ordered Then I told the cashier yeah I want my money back. He turns around and tells her to tell me that they didn’t have no okra. I know he was lying by sept it. I’m not gonna fuss about it, but I would never go there. It made me feel like I should not go to another champion wings place ever again

The food was just thrown together with no effort. The wings were dry and extremely hard. The fries were undercooked and looked old. You can tell the oil had not been changed in a while. I hate wasting money on terrible food, so I’m very disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend here.

I wish I could give negative a million!! Customer Service from gentleman that took order, TRASHY , no greeting unconcerned about not working drink machine. No out of order signs, machines & counters were overly disgusting.Seats were worked completely down!!!!!

Asked for mild & powder ranch wings MIXED but got it separately & they wouldnt fix my order, wings were disgusting for 21$ I love wings, eat wings everyday DONT GO

Worst customer service ever!! I spent 40$ on food that wasn't what I ask for and the employees over charge me and was rude as ever. I ask for sour cream and the second picture is what they gave me trying to convince me it is sour cream...we just want to find a good chicken restaurant since we are new to the state but I can promise you we will never come back! I should have known when three other customers walked out! So I field a police report. It the "I'm so tired of you people comment that did it for me! I never got loud nor was I disrespectful.

Absolutely no respect for the black community when it comes to be served. The cooking staff has horrible attitudes, in addition to excess wait times. The orders are often wrong, even when it is on behalf of the staff you are still given a hard time. I watched a cook toss food across the corner and state he wouldn't be assisting a customer who had already paid and they allowed her food to get cold for an hour, because "it wasn't his problem" if you are the cook it INDEED your problem.
