Worst customer service ever!! I spent 40$ on food that wasn't what I ask for and the employees over charge me and was rude as ever. I ask for sour cream and the second picture is what they gave me trying to convince me it is sour cream...we just want to find a good chicken restaurant since we are new to the state but I can promise you we will never come back! I should have known when three other customers walked out! So I field a police report. It the "I'm so tired of you people comment that did it for me! I never got loud nor was I disrespectful.

Absolutely no respect for the black community when it comes to be served. The cooking staff has horrible attitudes, in addition to excess wait times. The orders are often wrong, even when it is on behalf of the staff you are still given a hard time. I watched a cook toss food across the corner and state he wouldn't be assisting a customer who had already paid and they allowed her food to get cold for an hour, because "it wasn't his problem" if you are the cook it INDEED your problem.

Ordered spicy lemon pepper and it was not spicy. It was just regular plain ol lemon pepper wings. Paid 1.99 for side of coleslaw for it to be frozen and in a small Sauce container! $2 for a tiny sauce container of Frozen slaw. I stood there in shock. Im like "this is a dipping sauce right? " "No thats the slaw " ? Mango habenero wings had no kick to it at all.Fries were also not salts not hot. Just luke warm. I really was rooting for them until I got my sad wings. And side of dipping sauce coleslaw. Frozen. Smh. Zero stars. They just looked at me like "yeah thats how they come" Frozen. Tiny. For $2.
