I just encountered a young lady name Quirron being very immature, rude and tasteless to an elderly / older lady that works at that cash register. Always respect your elders and I don't like seeing that AT ALL. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER YOUNG LADY THATS NOT CUTE WHAT SO EVER. FIX YOUR FACE AND ATTITUDE. NEXT TIME IM GOING TO TAKE A PICTURE OF HER. I've never had a bad experience at chick fil a, but this has to be the best ever experience! Our daughter has a birthday, and our son announced it as we walked in. The staff at the counter and dining area started singing happy birthday to her! They didn't have to do that, but they chose to! Thank you to everyone who sang to my little girl and made her feel special! 🤎

I rarely stop at this location but my son asked me stop on the way home. The fries were not only cold but the were stale and probably old considering that I was stuck in line for 25mins. I ended up throwing them out. The tea tasted disgusting also, I couldn't drink it. I won't be going back to the memorial drive location to throw more money in the trash from nasty, inedible food.
This is the worse Chick-fil-A in the country. The people there are nice enough but the food is not the quality expected for that chain of restaurants. Not sure why I keep going back to try them. My hash browns look and taste like they were leftover. My first bite of chicken felt the same way and then it’s not even big enough for the bun.
We go into the line ordered, were able to pay, got our order and left.

My wife picked up food from this location on 8/17/24 and I found a piece of reeses cup metal wrapper in my chicken sandwich. Not only does that mean the team member did not pay attention but that they were also eating in the prep area over the food. This is not acceptable on any level.
